Lovely spot for a break
Pros:

Sam and Chris were lovely. Super friendly and helpful. Great to have parking on site. Perfect location within an easy walk to the cafes, pubs and shops but nice & quiet. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and coffee. Good choice of tea in our room too.

Perfect Weekend Break at Penryn House Hotel Penryn House is perfect location if you are driving.
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay in Penryn House Hotel and were made to feel very welcome during our stay. So good to be able to park the car at the Hotel as well 👍

Lovely hotel with a true home from home feel with lovely owners.
Pros:

Very convenient location right in the heart of Polperro with on site parking which is a huge bonus. The owners Chris & Sam have recently taken over and were both charming and engaging. The breakfasts were exceptional and our room (18) was beautifully decorated with feature wallpaper. There were nice touches everywhere from quality tea and coffee, biscuits and little sweets to umbrellas in the porch if required which fortunately we didn’t.

Cons:

The only issue we had through no fault of the owners were very loud neighbours in the adjacent room. Some people are sadly lacking in filters when it comes to consideration for others.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. approx. halfway from Polperro car park and the harbour. The breakfast was very good and you had a good choice.

Overall a fantastic stay and would book again if we a had a garauntee of a room with a proper shower.
Pros:

The location, the free on sight parking, the breakfast and Samantha and Chris.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was very small and the bathroom had no proper shower, just a hand held thing over the bath. My wife and I both struggled to get in and out. Not good for people with bad knees or back.
