The breakfast was nice, good selection of items and served very quickly and nice and hot.
Room was very small, not what we were expecting. Not a lot of room in the en suite shower room.
The hotel’s location in Polperro is very good as it is close to the amenities that the village offers. The property as a charming character and provides excellent creature comforts. The breakfast served was of excellent quality and variety to satisfy the most demanding guest. Our room was well serviced and appointed daily.
Well situated and private parking was a real bonus.

The location was ideal with plenty of parking. The owners were wonderful and worked hard to make sure all visitors had an amazing stay. Rooms were clean with everything needed for a stress-free stay. We looked forward every morning to breakfast as the food was delicious with plenty of choice, including cold buffet, fresh fruit salad, juices, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, .and a selection of cooked breakfast dishes. If you are a dog owner, you can bring your pet too. The hotel is a five minute walk to the harbour, gift shops, tea-rooms, pubs and restaurants.
We liked everything and had a wonderful and relaxing break.
The choice and quality of the food at breakfast was excellent.
The room was rather small and crowded and the lighting not very good, esoecially over the mirror. There was very little space to put out toiletries on top of a chest of drawers where the tea tray left little room for anything else. The parking was very tight and often difficult to get into the available space, but it was nice not to have to walk from the public carpark.
