Great location
Everything. Breakfast was excellent. The hosts were friendly and very likeable people.

The breakfast with extremely good with a lot of choice. The location was perfect and in the heart of Polperro
The WiFi was very intermittent and quite frustrating. There was no complimentary water in the room which would have been much appreciated. There was a small fridge on a table on the landing which I didn’t notice until my second day. It would have been nice on arrival that the little things were pointed out.

Con tantas cosas que hicimos no tuvimos tiempo para tomar una cerveza o un trago en el bar, lo cual hubiera sido hermoso, ya que además tenían buenos precios. También valoramos el estacionamiento privado.

Very welcoming and lovely freshly cooked breakfasts using local ingredients. Rooms were cosy but really clean. Found a great liitle box with things you might have forgotten. A lovely lounge and bar area if weather isn't good but we had great weather. Best place to eat in Polperro is The Three Pilchards.
This is personal preference but found the mattress too firm for us.
Breakfast was great. Good selection. The family were charming and very helpful. Lovely soft towels. Good water pressure. Common areas were cool and comfortable even in the intense heat.
Room was very hot but it was heatwave so probably not usually a problem. No fan provided. Our main issue, and nothing the proprietors have control over, was the noise of the seagulls. It started at 4:30am and went on until 9:30pm! This said, it is a Polperro issue, rather than a property issue.

Gorgeous building that beautifully blends old worldy character with modern updates. It was inviting and cozy, we only wish we had been able to stay longer!

Très bon emplacement pour profiter de Polperro aux heures calmes et faire de belles randonnées dans les environs. Accueil très chaleureux, et super petit déjeuner!
Notre chambre était un peu petite, mais le lit de 140 de bonne qualité.
Central location with parking .Room great and breakfast good quality with various options.
Hosts very friendly and doing a brilliant job at there new venture.Dog friendly with a personalised goody box was a really nice touch.

I have booked this property for 5 nights of stay from 18-23 June. I am traveling alone and Sam, Chris and their sons made me feel at home here and they have been kind to me. I have booked a double room for the first 2 nights and I could not get a room for the 3rd night though I could get a single room on the 4th and 5th night. Sam was kind enough to offer me a room for the 3rd night and she upgraded my room on the 4th and 5th night to a double room! The family gave me tips on what to do and where to go for yummy food! Chris is also an excellent cook! I hope to come back here again! Thank you so much for having me and I wish you every success in running this hotel!

Owner’s are so serviceminded and sweet.
Breakfast is great… a lot to chose between and freshly made.
Lobby very cosy with a fireplace, candle lighted and nice relaxing chairs to enjoy a glass of wine… we really enjoyed that Sunday evening
