Nice
Pros:

The setting is lovely, surrounded by greenery and away from the city noise, while still only a 10–15 minute walk from the center (although there is quite a steep hill!). The terrace is very pleasant and the staff were really kind.

Cons:

The hotel itself felt quite rustic and could have been cleaner, with quite a few cobwebs around. Two of the three beds in our room were rather worn and not very comfortable. There were no bedside lamps, and only one power outlet worked in the entire room. Some of the finishes could also use more attention. There was construction work nearby during our stay, which was quite noisy at times.

Pros:

Kind staff, easy to park, good breakfast, location is good about 15 min walk from the busy city center

Cons:

Smoking smell (i don’t know if it’s customers or the staff who smoke). if people speak in the corridor, you can here everything in the room. One window was broken and did not close.

Welcoming, clean, and relaxed. Must stay if in Kutaisi
Pros:

The hosts are so so nice. I felt the warmth coming through them. She let me check in early, she let me rest before paying.. it just felt so relaxed and welcoming.

The room was clean and quiet.

The WiFi is excellent for those who need more than simple social media scrolling.

They have 2 cats which are adorable, the host gave me the opportunity to feed them.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything crucial.

If like I can say one thing then maybe maybe like having a window net. But honestly that’s not crucial at all and I am just being too fancy. There’s an excellent A/C with lots of options.
