Room needs refurbishing. Wall sockets are loose, no bar fridge, shower broken and had to request fan
Pros:

Friendly staff. Close to where my event was taking place.

Cons:

No gate remote access. Had to contact staff to open and close gate. Had to wait outside for gate to open. No vetting of visitors. My daughter literally walked up to my room to wake me without being questioned.

Very noisy until late from other residents.
Room was oldish and not very well kept.

The only downfall was that the tap in the sink was loose , as well as the bathtub moves when you are in it. Last of all, the tv did not work
