Pros:

We booked the hotel online and did the payment as it was showing good in the pictures. But when we checked in there, it was such a bad experience I never had. The rooms walls had seepage. And there was odour in the room . The washrooms were unclean and most importantly the staff misbehaved. The mattress had springs, they were so uncomfortable to sleep on. Spreadsheets and bedsheets were wet. And they didn't even refund the money paid for the booking. It was totally opposite to what was shown in the pictures and in the reviews. Kindly take the action against them

Cons:

The staff who was attending us didn't behave well. The owner was talking on call and when we asked for refund she started shouting and cut the call. The guy who was on reception had no manners to talk to the ladies. Atleast there should be the facilities available which they show socially

Cons:

The property is in under construction building. Rooms are very dirty. Broken beds. Stains on bedsheet. Broken bathroom windows. Non working TV and Geyser. Condom packets in room. Hotel is used for hourly rentals to unmarried couples.

Very bad , no arrangement and rude staff
Cons:

Behaviour of Mr. Abhay receptionist . probaly etiquette of a service industry should be taught to him . I dont hold any grudge against him but the owner and brand associated with the property is bound to suffer because of people like him.
