Un coun de paradis qui gagnerait à se développer
Pros:

L’emplacement idyllique pour faire une retraite ou chercher du calme loin de la cohue du petit cette du village.
Cet emplacement se dénote des autres par sa proximité de la rivière, son côté aéré, la possibilité de se promener.
La gentillesse des hôtes à se couper en 4 pour vous satisfaire. La possibilité de se restaurer sur place.

Cons:

L’absence d’eau chaude.
Cet éloignement peut aussi être une contrainte si vous recherchez un restaurant ou autre. On met 10 minutes en scooter.

Deux jours au calme dans une guesthouse familiale, à la rencontre d’orangs-outans
Pros:

Nous sommes restés 2 jours chez Asim et sa famille et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette guesthouse ! Asim, sa femme et ses enfants ont été au petit soin pour nous. La guesthouse est très propre, avec vue sur la rivière et on y mange très bien. Le trek que nous avons fait avec le fils était très bien, on a appris beaucoup de choses et avons eu la chance de voir 6 orangs-outans ainsi que d’autres singes.

Pros:

The guys running the guesthouse were super nice and really helpful. The kitchen was running all day and evening so we could get some tasty food when we needed! The location feels a bit out of town when you get there but we were so glad in the end.

Super trek avec Asim , on a eu le meilleur des guides et on a vu bcp d orang outan , un trek eco responsable ils ramassaient les déchets dès qu’ils en voyaient dans la jungle . Ravi de ce trek qu’on a pu faire des notre rythme

Personnels attentionnés qui nous a même donné de l’eau et des fruits pour le trajet
On a booke le transfert pour le lac toba dans une belle voiture avec un bon chauffeur

Perfect stay. I totally recommend this Hotel!
Pros:

Our stay was really really good! All of the people were so kind! The Food was excellent!
We booked a Trekking Tour which one of the staff guided. He was very kind and had a good eye on the animals around us! We had seen quite many animals (probably more than other Tourists).

Cons:

The bed was not that comfortable.

La gente es muy amable aquí y tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos estar 6 horas más por solo 100000 rupias.
Siempre atentos el hombre que lo regenta vio que me dolía la cabeza y sin decirle nada el vino con unas pastillas para mi. Gracias volveremos sin duda

It was a wonderful place in terms of location. Watching the sunrise over the river every morning, drinking Teresa coffee, and stepping into the jungle in just 5 minutes was amazing. The staff took care of us every day and did their best to make us feel comfortable — something truly worth appreciating. I would definitely love to come back again.

The breakfast could have been a bit more filling.

Amazing jungle trek with Andy , lovely staff, wonderful experience at this great hotel .
Pros:

Firstly my private jungle tour with Andy was excellent, unfortunately I only had a day or I would have done a two day tour, we were out for around 6 hours and covered a lot of ground having a fruit break and lunch in the jungle was amazing. We were able to see 3 grangutan, Thomas leaf monkey and Macac including an incredible jungle terrain to navigate. Finishing it off with a river tube adventure back towards the hotel. It was an awesome day.

The hotel is located on the river side, a short walk away from the main resort which is perfect for unspoiled views of the river towards the mountains, I had a fan room with cold water showers, which suited me. The restaurant serves great food and great nasi goreng and all the staff are super attentive and super friendly. Good basic breakfast but with delicious fruit as well. And the coffee was delicious. Super clean and super comfy, a great hotel with amazing tours.

Paradise outside Bukit Lawang
Pros:

The highlight was the jungle tracking organized by the Asim Paris team, but also the whole accommodation was like a paradise - from banana pancakes breakfast to swimming in the river just in front - a real recommendation! We also did not hear any scooters at night, all quiet and the mattresses were super comfortable and firm.

Nice family room
Pros:

The family room was spacious and aircon runs cold. Although there isn't hot water for shower, the staff brought us buckets of hot water each day, and that was adequate to bathe my child.
They also arranged the jungle trek for us, we were able to trek directly from the guest house. It's also located very close to the bat cave, 10-mins walk and we highly recommend visiting these caves, and with a local guide hired at the entrance. Without the guide we wouldn't have known where to go.

Friendly, clean, new accommodation with a welcoming team for relaxation and adventure, right on the river, and the jungl
Pros:

We stayed at the Asim Paris Guesthouse with our children (7 and 9 years old) for 6 nights. We had the accommodation pick us up and drop us off at the airport. Both drivers were friendly and, despite the difficult roads and traffic, their driving was always appropriate. The location of the accommodation, away from the center, was perfect for us. One day, we even saw a group of Thomas Leaf Monkeys right outside our window and on our terrace. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the center and the supermarket (a good flashlight is helpful for the evening tour 😉). An absolute highlight was the jungle tour with Andi. Our children were very excited and had many great experiences (feeding Thomas Leaf Monkeys rubber fruit, orangutans, swinging on a vine, having large ants on our hands...). Andi kept an eye on the children at all times and recognized when they needed a break or support. Swimming in the river was fun. The entire team is very friendly, helpful, motivated, and always available if you need anything. ❤️
