Swimming Pool at the Bedroom :-)
Pros:

My room had an air conditioner and fan. Tea/Coffee supplied. Free River Cruise for stays over three days.
Good breakfast choices.

Cons:

1. Construction work opposite the hotel…so a very noisy breakfast.
NOTE: Rooms are super quiet as the construction happens at the front of the hotel.
2. Would prefer if Booking.Com deducted the cost of the room upfront.

Great stay with a great host
Pros:

The host Bunyang was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us with organising trips and onward travel, we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel is impeccably clean and the pool is lovely. Complimentary bicycles are handy for getting around the town.

La chambre et la literie étaient très confortables.
Les petits déjeuners sont très bien.
Nous avons réservé 2 nuits, nous avons donc profité de la croisière sur le Mékong, on a passé un excellent moment.
Nous avons utilisé leur service pour le transfert et le train, tout a été nickel.

Cons:

Un petit cafouillage sur le laundry service, mais rien de dramatique.
Des travaux juste à côté mais l'établissement n'y est pour rien.
