Lovely friendly staff and a comfortable stay. Highly recommend
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Lovely dark curtains. Room looked out onto the pool. Pool was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast, although limited in choice, was cooked fresh to order. They were able to provide an early breakfast on check out day by request. They gave lots of helpful advice about taxis and road conditions. They also organized motorbike hire for us.

Cons:

All the rooms look onto the pool, so not really any chance to have a quiet room, as this depends entirely on the neighbors at the time. There was only one chair on our balcony, but we managed to borrow one from another room which was unoccupied.

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable, la chambre avec vue piscine et la baignoire dans la salle de bain genial , la piscine est propre, le petit bémol des bébés araignées sur le bureau mais vite nettoyé par les femmes de ménage

אנשי הקבלה תמיד עזרו במה שצריך.
ארוחת בוקר נחמדה.
הבריכה והמרפסת נעימות ביותר.

אין בידוד רעשים
שומעים רעש גם מבחוץ וגם מהחדרים הסמוכים.
התעוררנו כל בוקר מוקדם בגלל זה והתקשינו להרדם.

Très bon accueil.
Je remercie les 2 jeunes qui ont toujours répondu positivement à nos demandes et qui ont veillé à nôtre confort.
Ils proposent tout un tas d'activités et de moyens de transport.
Très peu de chambres, donc très calme.
Très bien situé. Luang Prabang se parcours facilement à pieds.
Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et propre.
Piscine bien entretenue.
Petit déjeuner à choisir dans un menu.
Je recommande vivement ce petit hôtel ou on se sent comme à la maison.

Wonderful and very kind people, but the hotel itself is overpriced for what it offers
Pros:

The staff at the reception were extremely kind and helpful. They really went out of their way to assist me with everything I needed. The hotel also offers free bicycles to get to the city center, which is very useful since the hotel is a bit outside of town. They also changed my room after I mentioned that the first one was very dark and facing directly into the wall of the neighboring house, which I appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, even after the room change the situation was not ideal. There were an incredible number of mosquitoes in the room. In three days I wasn’t able to get rid of them. Because of that, I didn’t even use room service since I was afraid they would leave the door open too long and even more mosquitoes would get inside. I honestly don’t know if there was some kind of nest somewhere, but I’ve never experienced anything like that before. In addition, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the drain, which made it difficult to breathe at times.

śniadanie było dobre ale miejsce, w którym było serwowane - mało przyjemne. Zaraz przy uliczce, praktycznie w recepcji hotelu.

Cons:

Nie podobało mi się, że dostaliśmy pokój przy recepcji. Nie mieliśmy nawet gdzie usiąść w spokoju na zewnątrz (pokoje przy basenie mają taką możliwość).

Die Lage ist gut, der Nachtmarkt ist ca 20 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist sauber. Frühstück wählt man aus der Karte aus.
