Pros:

Beautiful facilities and lovely staff! Good location to go both into Palma from and also to all the beaches

Cons:

No elevator but there are only two levels so not a big deal

Beautiful, friendly hotel - highly recommended
Pros:

The room was spotless and very comfortable, facilities were great and we had a nice balcony to sit out on in the morning. We particularly enjoyed sitting around the pool, it was a very peaceful and relaxing space. And as Cala Figuera is so small, everything was within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Also, I have coeliac disease and the breakfast had fantastic gluten free options, and the staff were very accommodating of my requirements.

Cons:

The only thing that we would've liked was a kettle/coffee making facilities in the room. We could get coffees downstairs in the bar area, but it's just nice to be able to make a coffee and enjoy the balcony first thing in the morning. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend/return.

Hotel restaurant de qualité et reposant.
Pros:

L'accueil, la piscine ( amplitude horaire super ) très belle et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Musique trop calme , une musique plus entrainante serait appréciée le soir.

Boek niet de rooftop kamer
Pros:

We verbleven meerdere nachten in dit hotel maar voor onze laatste nacht hadden we de deluxe rooftop geboekt en dit viel heel erg tegen. De airco werkte amper en bleef op 28 graden staan, personeel zei dat het wel ging beteren na een paar uur maar dat was niet het geval, de volgende ochtend heeft de manager ons niet te woord willen staan en was er geen sprake van enige tegemoetkoming dus boek deze kamer zeker niet, de andere kamers zijn veel beter

De airco werkte niet naar behoren en we werden niet gehoord . Nochtans is dit de duurste kamer maar dus zeer zeker niet zijn geld waard

Pros:

Tranquillità del soggiorno, anche se al completo era molto vivibile, ottima la colazione con molti prodotti di qualità.
Personale tutto molto gentile e disponibile. Camera ampia e silenziosa, letto comodo.

Cons:

Cala Figuera non ha accessi a spiagge, quindi si è sempre costretti a spostarsi in auto, però le strade sono belle e non eccessivamente trafficate.

Excelente hotel de diseño con ubicación 10
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, hotel nuevo recién reformado y habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

Cons:

No hay ascensor entonces es incómodo para gente mayor o para subir maletas pesadas y en las habitaciones el aire acondicionado tarda en encenderse.

Super hotel could do with better customer service
Pros:

Great room and very clean. Hotel was well styled.

Cons:

They were very officious. A few members of staff weee quite negative and made you feel unwelcome. One member of the bar staff was chatty and friendly.

Cons:

The A/C was not strong to.make the room cold enough. First night, it was challenging to cool the room down as the A/C was off all day and it took hours to cool it down since it's not strong.
There were ants on the floor and at the top of the cabinets

Un oasi a due passi dal mare ❤️
Pros:

La aree comuni e le stanze sono nuove e ben rifinite, il personale cordiale e discreto, la colazione super con prodotti fatti in casa diversi ogni giorno e la piscina molto bella e pulita. La struttura è ubicata nei pressi di un delizioso porticciolo con ristoranti e bar ma senza trappoloni acchiappa tutisti. La zona è un gioiellino se si preferisce il relax e un esperienza autentica lontano dai mega resort affollati e rimane comoda per visitare le spiagge più belle in auto.

Cons:

Non c’è l’ascensore ma essendo solo tre piani in totale non rappresenta un grande problema se non ci sono condizioni di disabilità. Per il resto nulla da segnalare ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio e siamo stati molto bene.
