Pros:

Чисто в номере, уютный двор, терраса. Прекрасные сотрудники. Хорошие кровати, белье. Отличное расположение.

Cons:

Не хватало освещения, особенно в ванной)

La posizione e' ottima, perché si trova in centro,ma non in una zona affollata e rumorosa,
Accoglienza del padrone - super, molto ospitali e comprensivi, anche la velocità delle risposte, tutto ottimo.
La stanza e' spaziosa e c'è tutto.
La proposta delle escursioni e' molto interessante.

Не советую тем, кто чувствительно спит
Pros:

Чудесная сотрудница, вкусный завтрак, хороший интернет и чистый номер

Cons:

Слышимость, как в картонной коробке. Взяла номер с окном в тихий двор, но от холла и лестницы ничего не защищает. Другие гости всю ночь ходили по лестнице, хлопали дверьми, было слышно разговоры из соседних номеров. Выспаться шансов нет!

Good stay
Pros:

It was quite near old Tbilisi town. Good room and fridge. And very good shower and they have bidee. Good breakfast served to table no buffet.

Cons:

We had rent car and the parking was down from the hill. The driving to up was horrible.

Pros:

Very good value for money
Pros:

It was an excellent location and very quiet place with beautiful terrace view.
Tיק breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The room was a little bit small for 3 people. But for short stay it was ok.
Some furniture requires repair.

Decent Hotel, Good location, Non-hospitable staff
Pros:

The location was good, close to the center and the bridge. Rooms were clean and there was always hot water.

Cons:

1. The reception didn't make me feel welcome. On the contrary, they made me feel quite tense.
The staff had three people, each one on a different day. They never said hello to me, and were on the spectrum of ignoring me to being a bit aggressive.
This is in stark contrast to other reviews that absolutely complimented the hospitality.
I never felt any of that hospitality! And it has nothing to do with language. You can smile and be nice even if you don't speak English.
2. The inner courtyard, from which you enter the hotel can look a bit slummy. Although the general location is good.
3. The bed was not very comfortable, squeaky and too bouncy. It felt very old fashioned, probably an old mattress.
4. Air-conditioning didn't work or was disconnected. I didn't ask them about this because it wasn't that hot, but still.

I think the value for money was not perfect. It was a tiny bit more expensive than other hotels which I saw that had fully equipped kitchens, which I didn't have in my room.

Pros:

Отличный матрац, прекрасный напор воды, вай-фай, с которого получилось купить билеты обратно в Ереван (ибо с мобильного интернета корректно не работало).
Замечательный персонал.
