Konumu güzeldi , semt harika , çalışanlar çok güzel insanlar, iyi ki burayı tercih ettim 😊

Pros:

Проживали очень хорошо! Маленькая гостиница, рядом с Руставели. Гостиница расположена в дворе многоквартирного дома, что ни капельки не создает атмосферу дискомфорта. Двор тихий, можно припарковать автомобиль и не беспокоиться о его сохранности.
Номера мы все не изучали, но наш номер - на первом этаже соответствовал запросам и цены.
Кровати удобные, белье пастельное чистое и свежее, туалет ОК.
Интернет функционировал исправно и быстро. Тихо!!!!
Если Вы
приобрели размещение без завтрака, то Вас, я уверен, накормят. Нас поили кофе и чаем без какой то платы и условий. Спасибо!
Телевизор работает через инет и позволяет смотреть и русскоязычные каналы. Есть такие.
До магазинов идти минут несколько, а до Руставели около трех минут!!!.
Ну и в целом....Все ок! Рекомендую этот вариант размещения!
Р.S. Забыл сказать, что в апреле 2026 года, в Тбилиси, было холодно! Ночью около 3х градусов тепла!
А в гостинице очень тепло и комфортно.
Отзыв объективный, в категории "цена-качество". Рекомендую.

Pros:

Гостиница расположена в тихом тбилисском дворике, прямо за Оперным театром, в трех минутах пешком до середины проспекта Руставели! Тихо, и прямо в центре! Хозяйка гостиницы - прекрасная, интеллигентная девушка. Завтрак домашний, вкусный. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Очень домашний приятный отель в хорошем месте, расположение идеальное. Есть терраса и летний домик с кухней. Спасибо за гостеприимство, мы бы вернулись с удовольствием

Sakin ve merkezi bir yer arayanlar için ideal.
Pros:

Merkezi konumlu bir aile işletmesi. İhtyaçlarımız konusunda yardımcı oldular.

Cons:

oda temizliği daha detaylı olabilirdi. Yatakların altları düzgün süpürülmemiş , biraz toz ve pislik vardı .

Хорошее месторасположение и уютные номера
Pros:

Удобное месторасположение, легко можно добраться до метро и достопримечательностей, тихий двор. Найти тоже достаточно легко - есть указатели.
Удобная кровать, в номере есть холодильник, большой шкаф.
Хороший вариант для поездки на 3-4 дня.

Cons:

В номере не было стаканов, нужно брать на кухне на первом этаже. Чайника также не было и в номере, и на этаже.
Не очень хорошая звукоизоляция, слышали соседей.
Нельзя дозаказать завтрак на месте, только заранее через букинг.

Великолепное расположение - в 5 минутах театра оперы и балета, при этом в стороне от шума проспекта, во дворе есть парковка. Чистые и уютные номера, в холодное время года очень тепло. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.

Perfect value for money, great locations but lower your expectations
Pros:

The location is perfect within walking distance of basically everything you need and in a quiet and clean courtyard. The room was also impeccably clean.

Cons:

Nobody that worked at the hotel really spoke English and seemed very welcoming or helpful like I expected from the previous reviews.

The room was extremely clean but too bad then that the funky shower cabin (which is so small that it feels like a coffin btw when you are a tall European) had fungus in all the cracks.

The breakfast was not at all like the pictures. It was literally just a few slices of the cheapest bread from the supermarket, butter and applesauce(??). Then without asking the lady starter baking eggs and frying hot dog sausages in the same room for us while we don’t even eat meat. We decided to skip the breakfast the next days even though we paid for it (which wasn’t much to be honest).

Cons:

Merkeze 5 dakika olmasına rağmen giderken kullandığımız ara yollar korkutucu ve ıssızdı ama yan sokağında karakol olması sebebiyle bu bizi az da olsa rahatlattı.
