Bardzo czysto, miły personel, świetne śniadanie - bardzo duży wybór.
W pokoju jest mała lodówka i to jest na plus.Jest zabudowana,ale wieczorem gdy chcesz zasnąć, słychać jak buczy podczas pracy i to jest trochę irytujące.
Jak zwykle bardzo dobre jedzenie
Kolejna wizyta, praktycznie wszystko na najwyższym poziomie.
Informacja ze kuchnia do 22 czynna po czym o 21.30 praktycznie mozna zamowic juz tylko wybrane posiłki, zeby zamknąć do punkt 22 i zakończyć prace.
Rano na śniadaniu widząc te same Panie zrozumialem ich podejscie bo przy takiej ilości godzin maja prawo czuc sie zmeczone i sfrustrowane zamówieniami na zamknięcie (tak czy inaczej były bardzo mile i pomocne). Bardziej uwaga do właścicieli czy kierownika nizeli do obsługi ktora byla na świetnym poziomie.
Lokalizacja, miły personel, pomocny
Strefa spa, przeładowana gośćmi, nie szło skorzystać , w basenie i w jaccuzi po naście wrzeszczących dzieci, podobnie na zewnątrz w spa, nikt się nie myl przed wejściem do basenu.
Materac - bardzo niewygodny, sprężyna wbijają się w plecy, mega wyleżany.
Nie było szlafrokow dostępnych, obiekt nie radzi sobie z pełnym oblężeniem, polecam unikać takich weekendów jak walentynki itp. Przy mniejszym oblężeniu jest naprawdę dobrze.
Bardzo miły i przyjemny pobyt. Czyste pokoje, pyszne jedzenie, miła obsługa.
Telewizor słaby zasięg i przerywa programy.

Parkování- velký prostor a zadarmo, příjemný a ochotný personál, pokoj čistý s výhledem, lokace- kousek od lázeňského parku i centra, SPA- pro mne dostačující, obrovská vyrivka, sauny vnitřní i venkovní, a super masáže….. no, a dokonalost sama je restaurace - jak skvělá obsluha a nabídka, ochutnal jsem dost….. a je skvělá….. pobyt všem doporučuji

To nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Podoba nam się wszystko, począwszy od czystości po możliwość zabiegów. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania, ciepła woda w basenie wewnętrznym, darmowy parking.
Dobry pkt wypadowy do stoku. Pyszne śniadania. Fajna kręgielnia i bilard . Plus za suszarnie do sprzętu narciarskiego .
Trochę mały pokój jak na 3 osoby. Mógł być ciutke większy.
