Chaotic check-in, unreturned R$1,000 deposit, dirty apartment nonstop airplane noise.
Pros:

Location: it’s near the metro station.
Neighborhood: felt safe
Space: the property has a good space.

Cons:

Very frustrating experience. Check-in instructions were never sent, my reservation was not accepted even though I followed all steps, and contact with the property was very difficult. I was not told that the R$1,000 deposit didn’t go through . I paid, initially via a link they sent, they said it was confirmed, but on arrival I had no authorization to enter the building. It took an hour standing outside and calling every 5 minutes to resolve it and get a second link. I never got the deposit back.
The apartment was not clean or well maintained: hair on the floor, luggage sticker stuck to the floor, one broken chair, another chair heavily stained, stained pillow and a small old blanket. I sent pictures and got no reply. Also, airplane noise is extremely loud and constant from 6am to 10:45pm every 5 minutes landing or taking off.
I would not recommend.
