This hotel provides a wonderful service. The front officers are humble and well spoken. The hotel itself is cozy and clean. Really recommended!

I stayed at Hotel Serela Riau for a few days, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is perfect — right in the center of Bandung, close to many cafes, factory outlets, and restaurants. It’s very convenient if you like to explore the city on foot.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit small. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was fine, but it could be improved with better lighting and water pressure.

Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of Indonesian and Western options. The coffee was nice too!

Overall, it’s a great place to stay for a short trip, especially if you want something affordable with a strategic location in Bandung. I’d definitely consider coming back next time.

I got the first impression that this hotel is really bad, was when the handle on the shower fell off. From there it was just downhill. The air-conditioning is so loud that you don't hear the road noise. I and my son was asked to move rooms after the first night, so the hotel can fix the floor. Why did the hotel put us there in the first place if they knew we had to move.

To an even worse room. The door lock was broken. The safes in the rooms were broken. There is no hot water in one rooms shower and no hot water in the sink of the other room.

This hotel was once really nice but no maintenance has been done.

There are better hotels for the same price.

Overall, I love the services that the hotel provides. They heard about our complaint as a visitors who stayed in the hotel and did a great job on maintaining the service and quality. The food is also delicious! Plus point for the vintage decorations. Definitely would recommend it to friends and family

The people working here were very kind and helpful with all our requests :)) We enjoyed our stay in our room which was quite spacious. The meals were big and there was many things to choose from! Terima kasih 🫶🏽

The location for hotel is very strategis, they have circle k 24 jam.
The breakfast was good so many varian,
The air conditional is very cold.

this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the middle of Bandung city. I really regret having chosen this hotel for my weekend trip with friends.
I booked 2 rooms at this hotel. However, the condition of the 2 rooms we stayed in was very far from expectations. the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms is very far below what it should be for a 3 star hotel. the rooms are not equipped with mini bar facilities. in the bathroom there is no proper bath soap available. there is only 1 small bar of soap that can only be used by one person to shower.
The shower and sink faucets were worn out making them difficult to use. The drain in the bathroom was also clogged, so the water from bathing pooled in the bathroom all the way to the bottom of the toilet. A bathroom with marble walls and floors that should feel comfortable and luxurious, turns out to be disgusting. because the marble walls and floors were not cleaned properly, so many parts were black and mossy.
The bed sheets and blankets should also be replaced because they have lots of disgusting stains. The room I stayed in also felt very noisy during the day and at night. There were banging sounds from the top floor which served as a function room. The crashing noises really disturbed my rest. The room I stayed in also didn't have a proper view out. The window faces the center of the building's roof.
The room corridor also looks dark and gloomy with a damp smell and feels stuffy. The carpet in the corridor also looks rotten.

Good location, nice rooms, not very rich breakfast.

A little bit argue about hospitality with restaurants staff. The waitress in the restaurant have not really nice attitude. The breakfast also not so good taste. And not varieties breakfast.

On the down side, we were quite disappointed that the towels got stains, so luckily we brought our own towels. The bed got few strains of hair. We had to remove them manually one by one.

On the good side, our room was clean though, so we are ok with it. I opted to stay at Serela Riau because of it's close proximity to the factory outlets and food. It's centrally located and has free parking.

I confirm chosing no window, since it was the cheapest they have for a night stay. For a four star hotel, as claimed, I was pretty sure about it until...we entered room 208. Dammed! Air conditioned was absolute noisy! The room feels dampish and smells like fungus, lightingd were too dimmed, and what makes it dammed complete was the linking water all over the bathroom floor from the toilet flush which keeps on running. And that day, I had to apologize to my family for bad recommendation.
