Al principio fue un poco difícil comunicarse con los propietarios para el ingreso, pues las instrucciones de ingreso no las tenía. Y el espacio es pequeño para más de una noche.

A few adjustments to add to guest comfort would go a long way.
Pros:

The proprietors were extremely friendly and communicative, the bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The towels were very thick and absorbent! The communal backyard was peaceful and sunny with lots of hammocks and chairs and blue jay sightings.

Cons:

A sewage odor emanated from the bathroom area and from a strange locked doorway with open space under it outside the bathroom. The odor became very strong at times. There were spiders in the bathroom. The water leaked outside the shower stall if you didn’t know to position the shower curtain just right. The shower faucet turned a partial way, shut off when turned further toward hot, and then turned to scalding hot, and figuring out how far to actually turn it to achieve the right temperature was tricky. There were no hooks for hanging towels or dress shirts in the bathroom and no shelves or surface areas around the sink for your toiletries. There was hard tile floor throughout the unit that was tricky walking on with wet feet from the shower, which had only one tiny microfiber mat in it that became drenched with water.

Great equipped place to stay - hosts were fab. Everything you could want. Lots of lovely little touches.

Pros:

It’s no frills, but perfect for one night while in Tampa for work. Very clean and a good value for this time of year with all the seasonal visitors, spring breakers, and exorbitant hotel rates January through April. I wish the bathroom in Sophia Suite was a little bigger. It’s a tight fit between toilet and the wall. The bathroom sink vanity is also very small, but certainly usable. I was in the Anna Suite a couple of weeks ago for one night and it had a nicer bathroom, although Sophia Suite has much bigger living room. Both were clean and served their purpose.

This property was awful from the start. The door code did not work properly, but we were finally able to get in. The property does not match the pictures. It is run down, smells very much like mold, not very clean, and the bed was horrible. The springs were so bad that when you sat down you felt as if you were sitting on the floor. We finally just left in search of a hotel for the night. Struggled to get the door locked.

Great location. Quiet and relaxing.
Pros:

10 minutes from Tampa airport. 10-15 minutes from Raymond James stadium and Steinbrenner field. Private entrance. Quiet neighborhood. Relaxing space with hammocks. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Walls a little thin. Toilet was in a tight space.

Sweet little suite !

Took the room based on its location near TMP airport to help logistics needed for a very early departure.
Pros:

Cons:

The room was very tiny and not consistent with the meaning of suite. Very tight space for 2. Bed linens not commercial grade. Finish of the interior was rough, maybe rustic.

Tv turned off in the middle of my show did not cut back on I called host no answer so I had no tv the whole stay
