A damage deposit of INR 5000 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
Please note that:
- Children below 12 years are not allowed to use/play on the pool table.
- Any damages or missing item shall be borne by the guest.
- The caretaker shall assist for filling and draining out water from the Jacuzzi/Sap Pool as and when required.

Guests making a booking 48 hours prior to the check-in time will have to pay through the payment gateway link sent by SMS/Email in maximum 4 hours and retain your booking.
