Pros:

The property is centrally located. Anything that you need is within reachable distance. The room service was nice and the staff were polite and friendly.

Cons:

The services that is eligible for the room need to be given at one go and not once asked for.

Very reluctant to provide sealed water bottles.Food for room service very expensive matches with 5 Star Hotels...hard

TV was giving trouble fixed it.
Front lounge AC was faulty not blowing cold air and room temperature keep increasing and keep calling techs to make it working...I was feeling awkward to call room service to fix issues.etc., but still Rooms are very neat and clean and Family Suits are very Spacious.Room Service and house keeping were very of high standard so mine 4 Stars still there is a room for improvement.🙂

The heart of Mangaluru
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Well maintained and extremely clean. The restaurant Sanadige is a rooftop restaurant with good views of the city and excellent food and a great buffet breakfast. The staff is very polite. Also centrally located.

Best place to stay in Mangalore
Pros:

It was pleasant stay at the hotel. Very cooperative staff and restaurant and cafeteria called sanadike is the best cousine varieties and food was so sumptuous. Best stay option in Mangalore.

The ac is too chill, I usually prefer it to run at 26or 27 degree, but it ran at 23or 24..
