Worst customer service ever, took double booking charges, anybody sees this please avoid booking this hotel.
Pros:

Rooms are very small and not worth the money. I mistake bad twice bookings on same day. As soon as I reached hotel. I requested them to cancel the double booking. Then they said they are ready to cancel but inform booking.com. When I informed booking..com and they agreed hotel immediately turned back and said they cannot cancel. Very bad customer service. Continuously I tried and requested them for three days not to charge be double. But they have me one word answer “decline”. No support what so ever. I request anyone who wants to book this hotel. Never ever book this hotel, there are so many other good hotels in mangalore. Nothing great about this. Worst front office staff I have ever seen, worst customer support.

Cons:

No customer support, booked by mistake twice and when requested did not approve. Worst front office support. Rooms are too small not worth for the money.

Very bad, I request anybody who sees this not book this property.
Pros:

I did not like anything about the property.

Cons:

Poor customer service, I paid twice and booked twice because bank first payment did not approve. I informed immediately to cancel the two booking. Followed up for three days with hotel and hotel did nothing. Rooms are small and not worthy for the price they charges. Front office staff are very bad not at all supportive. Because of that I lost full payment of two rooms.

Centrally located , with value for money rooms
My first stay at Goldfinch .. which tuned out to be a most pleasant experience . The female staff namely Apoorva , the reception staff most charming and helpful . I must make a note on thr housekeeping staff. .. who did an awesome job . The negative point was , that the elevators need to speed up .

Centrally located, good for a short stay
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff is polite and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet is pretty ordinary, the food is very average and it can be improved. The buffet wasn't crowded yet the service was very slow, I asked the waiter to get me a plain dosa and he went about serving everyone else and when I asked him the second time after patiently waiting for 20 mins I had to remind him what my order was.
They don't provide hand towels in the bathroom.
The AC vent had some sort of mold/stains all over it.
