The location was convenient, and the facilities were clean.
Apartment was fantastic - was big with all mod cons in place . Great location - lots of shops and restaurants around the corner. Staff were excellent too. Check in, etc was easy and problem free.

The location was in a very safe neighborhood with many great restaurants and not that far of a walk from the closest Metro (which we used to get in from the airport). The front desk safe were very helpful and friendly upon arrival and check-in. Nice little living room and kitchen area in the room. Ample closet space was nice. Very quiet living quarters which was also nice.
There were a few things broken in the apartment, like the outlet in the kitchen area and the drain in the shower/tub. there was no sponge in the kitchen area to do the dishes. the lights in the space were not bright and the light switches were in weird places throughout the space and hard to figure out which switch controlled what light. the shower head pressure was minimal and the tub was very high and narrow with no grab bar, so the potential to slip was scary to get in and out of the bathing area. the bed was very low and small sized, even though it was supposed to be a queen size. The pillows and mattress were very worn and could tell were old/used out. there was no option to order more pillows so overall not so comfortable to sleep in. there was a cushion missing from one of the stools in the kitchen. It would've been nice to have a refresh on at least the shower/face towels during our stay, but no option or extras were provided.
The only issue was that they could not hold our luggage before/after check in/checkout.
The look, it is swanky and modern. A boutique style of stay.
No parking. Expensive parking rates if they have availability in their garage. Very thin walls and only one working elevator.

Super spacious apartment, modern furniture and appliances, comfy bed- everything you need for a short or a long stay. Presence of 24 hour service desk staff was of great help.
The WiFi strength could have been better.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and quiet. I liked the neighbourhood; people were friendly.
