Unacceptable
Cons:

I arrived around midnight and there were 2 guys standing outside the room talking. Made me nervous leaving my car with property in it unattended. They remained outside moving to the floor above mine and still where they could watch my vehicle until past 2:00am. I felt I needed to keep
An eye on my car and got little rest.
It should also be noted that the door to my room was open when I arrived.

The guy at the counter wearing a super Mario shirt was very friendly.

Cons:

It was way over priced for the quality. This is a very old run down building and it was dirty inside. The water faucet was moving around- not attached well. The towel rack was not attached well. The toilet has a ring in it. The bath tub was stained. There was a piece of cat food on the bathroom floor. There were splatters of something on the wall. The beds were extremely hard.

Miserable.
Pros:

There were crickets on the curtains. We had h/c room and the bed was to close to the wall. The was only 1 chair in the room. The TV didn't work.

Dirty. Never again.
Cons:

Toilet wasn't even cleaned and neither was the sink and vanity. Towels had more stains than my shop rags! "Non smoking" room smelled of years of previous smoking

Location was good and not much noise from the highway.

Cons:

Filthy. We ignored the reviews and shouldn't have been surprised, but our sheets had clearly not been washed and everything was generally pretty dirty.
