Late check out is allowed. If you are arriving after 5:00 pm please advise the office to make the proper arrangements. The cost is $20 usd which will be paid upon arrival.

Make sure to bring the credit card you used to pay for your reservation. 50% of the total for the reservation will be charged at the moment of booking the property. Last payment will be charged 10 to 15 days before arrival.

Payment will appear as "Acctng Svs Booking FMI“ in your account statement.
