Exceptional
Pros:

This is out of expectation homestay, spacious to stay over here. For big group family, can consider because 5 rooms with 5 private toilet, every room with mini fridge & TV. Strategy location, heart of Ipoh town area, easy to access the famous tourist place, overall is good to stay and my family also satisfy with the reasonable price

Dirty. Dusty. Found cockroaches and lizards moving around. Only 1 out of 5 kettles can be used. 2 water heater not hot. Bed not comfortable. Property not well maintained.
