¡Estancia perfecta para repetir sin duda!
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación perfecta. La habitación estaba impecable y totalmente equipada, y el lugar contaba con una cocina y un salón comunitarios por si necesitabas cocinar. Además, tuvimos un problema con las llaves y se preocuparon por solucionarlo lo antes posible, estando muy pendientes durante toda la estancia.

Excelente opção!
Pros:

Excelente localização, perto de tudo aquilo que queria. Zona muito boa, calma, segura, perto do Carmo.

- Check in e check out muito fácil - os códigos sempre a funcionar.
- Quarto muito espaçoso.
- Cama grande espaçosa - lençóis e toalhas suficientes.
- Limpeza a 300%.
- Ar condicionado eficiente.
- Wi-Fi excelente.
- O empregado que me ajudou com as chaves foi muito prestável.

Recomendo muito!

Clean, central, but noisy.
Pros:

Excellent location, clear instructions for collecting the keys, and a clean room.

Cons:

On the downside, there is a glass panel above the room door, so if someone enters the building late in the evening and turns on the hallway light, it shines directly into the room and can disturb your sleep. The soundproofing is practically non-existent, you can hear everything happening in the hallway. So earplugs are essential if you want a good night’s sleep.

Local bom e sossegado. Quarto pequeno mas suficiente para estadias curtas.

O melhor foi a localização e o sossego na rua e no prédio.

Cons:

As instalações sanitárias podiam ser melhores. Aporta do duche não fecha bem e a sanita não está fixa.

Wonderful! Will definitely return!
Pros:

I've stayed at this property before and it's always been great. It's located in a central area, it's very quiet and the facilities are wonderful. I was very comfortable and well taken care of. Will definitely continue staying here when I'm in Porto.

Está bastante bien comunicado, llega bastante luz desde la habitación para estar en la primera planta

Cons:

Se escucha todo, nosotros al estar en el primer piso, podíamos escuchar tanto los que estaban arriba como los que entraban y salían del edificio.

hébergement bien situé et dans l'ensemble assez propre, mais qui manque d'isolation sonore
Pros:

la chambre était spacieuse, avec une petite terrasse/ balcon très agréable en soirée. la location est idéale et parfaite pour avoir accès à tout facilement.

Cons:

l'isolation est plus qu'un problème, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait en dehors de la chambre, la porte qui s'ouvre, le code qui se tape.... un ENFER ! de il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain surement a cause de l'humidité.....

Bien para lo que queríamos
Pros:

La casa está en muy buen sitio

Cons:

Se suponía que había servicio de habitaciones pero no pasaron ningún día. Además en la cocina no había cubiertos, sobre todo tenedores, solo había dos cucharas y varios cuchillos.
El ruido de la gente al entrar en la casa con el pitido de la contraseña y los gritos y subir las escaleras y todo molestaba mucho pero entiendo que es la educación de la gente más que el alojamiento en sí.
