Pool view room was great , although falling concrete, crumbling brickwork was a hazard for some reason
Staff were mainly terrific as usual in Bali though on checkout reception only wanted me to use their airport transport service for $25 which I politely declined and asked if they could call a bluebird taxi , then their transport driver came in for the hard sell and was pushy again I declined and asked for a taxi , I eventually left and hailed one from the street , disappointing way to end a stay . Restaurant food was lovely , service was terrible , lots of staff one other table eating , asked empty glass on the table for 30 minutes asked once for another drink waited for another ten minutes , eventually left , went back another night as the food was good , same story with getting any service after a meal , maître de could of kept a better eye on the diners rather than trying to get diners in the door
Great rooms and price, conveniently located, staff are great , bed very comfortable, aircon was actually too cold I had to turn it off, the view from room overlooking pool was nice, My daughter and I had our own rooms, I would definitely feel comfortable staying here as a single traveler. The walk to poppys wasn’t too far at all approx 5-10mins and the 7/11 shop is next door to the hotel so very handy.
Breakfast was not amazing compared to other places I have stayed but it was okay.
The staff could not do enough for us especially the rooftop bar staff. They were amazing. So were reception. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and cocktails were yummy. Lovely sunsets from the rooftop.
Sun loungers at rooftop pool were a bit uncomfortable but didn’t affect our enjoyment. Rooms clean and spacious. Small balcony but we wouldn’t have spent much time in our room anyway as rooftop pool was so nice.
Absolutely loved our stay at the akmani , we were greeted daily with smiles and everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was Beautiful and our room was fantastic will definitely be back :)
The roof top pool and swim up bar was the star of the show , and staff were super friendly
The rooms were nice however a bit more attention to detail with Cleaning and a few broken things in the room need to be maintained more! I know its not the akmanis fault but the day club next door blasts music until late
The room was great, aircon worked perfectly and the staff were very nice and friendly
My bathroom would often get missed in the daily room service
Stayed here many times. Staff are very accommodating and the facilities and gardens are well maintained.
The club next door loves pumping music and there’s never anyone in there but Akmani can’t do much about that.
Lovely Armani and the rooftop pool the rooms are very clean
The lower pool doesn’t get any sun and only really good if you’re staying in the rooms down there

They have very good facilities and rooftop pool is gorgeous. Rooms are very clean and the staff is nice and professional. The position is strategical, very close to the airport and all the main places in the city.
