Great location, fantastic staff, lovely rooms
Pros:

Great location, lovely sized room and bathroom. Outstanding staff! So helpful and friendly. Great pools, rooftop pool and bar a real winner.

Cons:

The only thing is the smell of the water for the shower, not the best

Food at breakfast. Room noise was bad. Pool was knee deep. Cocktails at pool bar so expensive.

Wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

Rooms were not clean, They are old with mould and smell.
Dirty corridors and only basic clean .
Bottom pool is freezing and gets no sun
Roof top pool / bar is only shallow( thigh Deep ) so no good for swimming

Great location and staff very friendly and helpful. No issue with late checkout.
Pros:

Great location and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Didn’t offer twin rooms on ground floor. Also some ground floor rooms, like ours, in shade and we would have preferred a room with sunshine. Also was difficult to get in and out of upstairs pool which is not very deep at all.

It was comfortable
Pros:

roof top pool was excellent room and bed was very comfortable

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to pay $3 for a cup of milk so I could have a coffee in my room in the morning and also had to pay $2.50 for a bucket of ice so I could have a night cap in my room. These things should be complementary.

Pros:

The Staff were beautiful & always happy to assist, incredible experience.
The rooms were spacious, clean & very comfortable.

Cons:

Not that I did not like more room selclectuon my advise is to pay a slight bit more for a balcony or pool access. But overall hotel is lovely.
