The receptionist, Uur, was such a great guy, who made our stay as pleasant as he possibly could. We will definitely come back.
Nothing really
That was very good apartment and very good personal.
The location is great, but there are no designated parking spots beside the residence, so you need to quickly get out of the car to avoid causing traffic. The staff are really nice and helpful.
However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Additionally, the residence only has one bathroom, which can be inconvenient for larger groups.
The aparthotel has 24/7 reception and it is close to metro and bus. The personnel is kind and helpful. They helped us with reservations for parking, it's private, not owned by the hotel. Next to the location there's a Migros (a store with basically anything you need).
The rooms were nice and big enough, comfortable bedsheets. There is heating and hot water all the time, a plus for us, having our stay at the beginning of January. The kitchen had all the utensils you might need. Our apartment didn't have a microwave, but there was an electric oven that we used instead.

Location was great for me. I asked the staff for a knife and water and it was given.
The flat has very old furniture. If you want to use the dishwasher or the washing machine you have to buy your own detergent and cloth (for manual washing). The kitchen utensils are very limited. I only had one pan and no mugs available. No microwave or freezer. Only has one mini fridge. The room was not clean for the 7 days I was there, though that did not bothered me. The mosque near made me awake every day at 6:30am.
Good value for money. Comfortable location. The room they gave us at first was filled with cigarette smell. However, the receptionist was pretty kind and friendly and replaced our room with a deluxe room, which was quiet and very clean.
