Terrible experience
Pros:

Nothing!

Cons:

The facilities are very old and poorly maintained. The sink in our room became clogged, and the staff told us it couldn’t be repaired during our stay.

The electricity went on and off several times, which was very inconvenient.

A large group in the room next to ours sang karaoke from 7:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., making it impossible to relax.

The worst part was that we were woken up in the middle of the night because all of us were bitten by biting midges. I ended up with around 100 bites all over my body. I couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night and had to check out at 9:00 a.m. the next morning.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Thoải mái và ấn tượng!
Pros:

Tôi thích đồ ăn nhẹ nhàng ngon mà rất tinh tế, anh chị nhiệt tình, thân thiện, không khí mát mẻ, yên tĩnh, có nhiều tiểu cảnh nhỏ đẹp, không gian thoáng đãng đáng kỉ niệm. Nếu có dịp chúng tôi vẫn sẽ quay lại với nhiều bạn bè đi cùng hơn!

Giá quá cao, bán đồ ăn quá đắt. 500k cho 1 nồi lẩu độ chục miếng thịt gà. Bát mỳ tôm + 5 miếng thịt bò 65k. 2tr400k/1 phòng 1 đêm mà cái vòi sen tắm thì như đồ chơi trẻ con.

Phoung was a great communicator on WhatsApp and very accomodating and friendly.
Pros:

Fabulous view of the lake, Nha Ven Ho had a fun camp vibe that felt really unique!

Cons:

About an hour drive into the city but great for a getaway from the hustle and bustle.
