Pros:

My wife and I traveled to Greensboro for a concert. I told the hotel it was our wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond for us. They decorated our room, gave my wife with flowers, and a card from all the staff. Shoutout to all the employees for making this an anniversary to remember!

Cons:

Their was a computer system outage, made check on difficult. Light in the rooms flickered, shared door in-between room, cabinets were uneven half open. Picture of room I booked showed a bathtub our room only had a shower.

Felt like a home away from home!
Pros:

A great experience starts with the impact of the leaders. I can sat that Priti and Tamica lead by example. I was greeted the first day by Mr Jaylen who was very professional and helpful. Each day, the experience was a job Ashlea, Yuri, Priti and Tamica were also friendly, professional and patient. The breakfast attendant Maria was a bright happy face to come down to each morning.
