Cons:

Their was a computer system outage, made check on difficult. Light in the rooms flickered, shared door in-between room, cabinets were uneven half open. Picture of room I booked showed a bathtub our room only had a shower.

Felt like a home away from home!
Pros:

A great experience starts with the impact of the leaders. I can sat that Priti and Tamica lead by example. I was greeted the first day by Mr Jaylen who was very professional and helpful. Each day, the experience was a job Ashlea, Yuri, Priti and Tamica were also friendly, professional and patient. The breakfast attendant Maria was a bright happy face to come down to each morning.

An average place to stay.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, but dated in finishes. I am an Interior Designer. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I enjoyed the water provided and all of the snacks for the High Point Market attendees.

Cons:

The dated apperarance of the hotel although it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Good Hotel But Not the Best Location
Pros:

I originally had reservations at the nearby Doubletree but the reviews there made me change. I booked this location as it was close to friends, I thought. After having lunch with them before checking in I was told it was not in the best of neighborhoods. Fortunately, there was parking for Diamond members near the front. Check in was easy with a pleasant hostess. Room was clean with a view of the parking lot and Hooters. The Hampton inns have large TV screens which is great. Breakfast was filling although the small yogurt containers tended to squirt all over me when opened. The woman over the breakfast area was nice and supportive.
