The room we stayed in was the biggest we have stayed in and it was great. Definitely gonna go back and stay longer then a night
The front desk staff was very helpful. All staff we encountered were very polite and friendly.
Ordered a crib for the room but it never arrived
Property was not plowed after/during heavy snowstorm. We ran out of kleenex as the box was not full. There was no hair conditioner in b the bottle in the shower. We checked out after 6 am to head for surgery., so it was too early to inform anyone. I asked several times and they did not offer a hospital rate, like most of other area hospitals did. This would have been helpful. Lastly, you cannot check in digitally as instructed by the Hilton app/email because they are not part of that system. That doesn't even make sense!
Quick check in and out. The breakfast was good and the pool was warm.
Not hot tub.
Very clean
Wasn’t shoveled outside as well as it should have been and parking spaces were hard to find
Good variety of food for breakfast
Quiet clean room.
Great and pleasant staff

The breakfast never disappoints, the room are always in excellent condition, staff for the most part is friendly, with the exception of the person at the counter who was a little sharp, but i let it pass.
There should be a little more parking for those who are handicap.
Staff was top flight - as skilled, professional, helpful, pleasant, well-mannered, articulate, and polite as you can find anywhere. The elevators were fast. Parking was easy. The view is very nice--natural, woods and trees, no buildings. The location is quiet--no highways, trains, planes, no busy streets, etc. The room lighting is good. The room is generally clean. but there were some smears on the desk. Still a B+for cleanliness.
The worst, hardest hotel mattress **literally** ever experienced - no exaggeration. Mattresses seem to be from the 1990s. Literal SPRINGS sticking into my back!! I've stayed in many Hampton Inns and the beds are usually wonderful. I'm so disappointed I wish checked out but who knows? maybe all Bangor Maine's highest rated hotels are like this? Are the reviews fake? Tomorrow I have a 6am meeting and I won't be well-rested. People drunk in the hallways crumpled on the floor. I had to move the huge TV console to unplug the the refrigerator, which was as loud as an jet taking off. And outside my window (tho I was on the 3rd floor) was a giant generator that ran all night. Enormously disappointed. And this was not cheap--it was $200 with taxes etc. When I got there I lay on the bed to surf the web to find a restaurant and--literally--in 10 minutes ended up with a back ache. And I don't usually get back aches. Even the pillows were either hard or squooshy and weird -- and seems quite "well-used," which is gross. The room overall was kind of disheveled, the bedskirts in disarray and wrinkled, pulled back or hasstily thrown on. The carpet seems old, the color scheme is weird, like orange and brown with ornate patterns. I cannot believe (1) this is the highest rated hotel in Bangor and (2) this is actually a Hampton Inn. The staff is very nice and very helpful. And if this room was nice I probably would not mention the following BUT----the first room I got smelled, I initially thought, of dog---but realized as I passed a certain area on the rug it was VOMIT. The staff immediately switched my room. Overall, I'm kind of appalled.
Breakfast was enjoyable and very clean
