Almost everything

Cons:

The bedding room 338 were hard felt like we were sleeping on the floor. We were far from the elevator due to a bad need closer would of been better. Requested a certain room but couldnt get it which is fine but would of been nice to get similar room.

Not worth the rate with no pool access
Pros:

Breakfast included is nice but a few more options for pickie eaters would be nice little cups of cut up grapes or strawberries for simple eaters (kids)

Cons:

The pool was unavailable which is the only reason we booked with this hotel because we have stayed before and loved it the pool being unavailable made my kids absolutely hate this trip we booked an extra night just to go in the pool and we’re very disappointed when we went down dressed in pool gear to a sign that said maintenance! Which is fine but when I type in the search criteria to book my room and specifically put indoor pool if yours is unavailable then it should say pool closed! I booked the room based on the indoor pool my kids enjoy it everytime we go to Bangor which is maybe twice a year so this was a bummer for our family vacation!

A solid place to stay!
Pros:

Love the cleanliness and the safety of the facility. The rooms are immaculate, and the beds are very comfortable. The rollaway beds have real mattresses, which my 12 year old appreciates. The breakfast is awesome, and the coffee bar is an added bonus.

Do not recommend - Poor service and standards
Pros:

Rooms are dark and out-dated. Heating did not work, 55 degrees in the room during a snowstorm. Staff did not have knowledge of the systems to inspect and or troubleshoot. Breakfast counter had a broken waffle maker, no honey available and only super ripe bananas. This property can and should do a lot better.
