Great experience
Pros:

Great location and spacious…including fireplace, a lot of game options, our favourite pool table….enjoyed a lot and feels like 2 days went so quick and definitely will plan for more stay next time.

Cons:

Everything great

Beautiful big comfy house in a great location
Pros:

Big house in a beautiful spot. House had pretty much everything you could need with heaps of dry wood for the fire - they had even laid it for the first night. Heaps of space for our family. Super friendly agent and check in etc was so simple. Wildlife Wonders is two doors down and they have a great cafe with delicious cakes and coffee - we walked there each morning and you can even see an Emu wandering and the turtle and blue tongue lizards so it was an added bonus.

Cons:

Only issue would be the bedding was not sufficient for such a cold time of year - no spare blankets at all - my husband came up a few days late so we got him to pile the car with rugs for the beds and couch so we didn't have to run the heaters. The house is looking a little tired but it's a rental so to be expected. Overall it was awesome so I am being super picky.

One of the best properties we have ever stayed in, couple with great access to town and the forrest.
Pros:

Amazing place in a fabulous location. I would give this an 11 if possible. So many helpful notes around the house to make everything work and you feel welcome. Beds are delightful, space is abundant, kitchen is the bomb.

Cons:

We didn’t get to stay longer!!

It is a pleasure stay!
Pros:

The house is really big and nice. A lot of space for family and especially for the kid. The location is also nice and convenient.

Cons:

There are too many spiders in the house. Especially on the ceilings and the walls which is not so friendly to those who are afraid of bugs. Also the linens are not very clean and some even have holes on it.

The house is true to the pictures online, but less inviting upon closer look.
Pros:

The space was really spacious and perfect for a big group or family travelling together. Kitchen was well equipped with a huge dining table. There were books, games, puzzles, and a huge billiard table for everyone to stay entertained separately or together. Location was conveniently on the Great Ocean Road which was a plus.

Cons:

The house seemed to be in a need of a deep clean. We found a huge spider (tarantula-like) in the master shower upon arrival, and had to figure out how to get rid of it ourselves. Subsequently we also spotted SEVERAL smaller spiders crawling around the floors, which led us to believe there was probably a nest somewhere within the building.

Heating was provided but also not sufficient to warm up the whole home, especially in the master bedroom which was incredibly spacious.
