Helpful and courteous service in a tricky situation
Pros:

Associate Kunal Rai, Yogita and Lavkush Singh were extremely helpful and courteous when I had a small injury due to a broken glass in my room. They gave me first aid and also cleared up the room and made it safe for me.
The prompt and friendly service is very much appreciated.
