Excellent experience overall, Kunal and Yogita ensured I had a well kept room. The entire staff compliment are a credit to the brand.

The stay was comfortable but it gets occupied very soon.

Pls improve Breakfast and dinner, if I pay 4700 for dinner for a couple then we expect it's truly 5star level tasty and variety of foods.. not 3 or 4 star level, also not provided welcome drink to us after enter in hotel, but Thank you

Mr. Raman Sharma deserves special recognition for thoughtfully curating a tailor-made à la carte menu. His sensitivity towards senior guests, coupled with the thoughtful arrangement of complimentary in-room service, reflected hospitality at its finest. Mr. Ritesh ensured that the same high standards were consistently maintained.
Culinary Excellence:
Chef Khem Raj made every meal an experience. Our engaging interaction was as delightful as the food itself. The menu beautifully combined Continental cuisine with authentic Maharashtrian flavours. The traditional Pitla with Bhakri, innovative Cabbage Omelette, and perfectly prepared Broccoli Sauté with Asparagus were exceptional highlights of my stay.
Housekeeping:
Mr. Shubham Singh went the extra mile by arranging to have my swimming attire dried promptly—a thoughtful gesture available for guests who require it. His attention to detail was complemented by the excellent support of Vaishram, Rakash, and Akash Roshan, who ensured my room remained spotless and welcoming throughout my stay.
Front Office & Reception:
A warm thank you to Vaishnavi, Alisha, Raksha, Harsha, and Deeksha, whose cheerful smiles, efficiency, and professionalism created a wonderful first and lasting impression.
In-Room Dining:
Ms. Deeksha exemplified genuine care and attentiveness. It was also a pleasant surprise to be served by Chavan Prakash before he concluded his shift for the day, reflecting remarkable dedication to guest comfort. Appreciation also goes to Sagar, Ritikesh, and Rushabh for their prompt and courteous service.
Concierge & Support Services:
My sincere thanks to Kamlesh (Concierge), Kanchery, Shah, and Roshan for their helpfulness and ever-ready assistance.
As a senior citizen, I was particularly impressed by the team's understanding and sensitivity. The associates are evidently well-trained in caring for senior guests, offering thoughtful assistance whenever required while ensuring every guest receives equal warmth, dignity, and respect.

I have been staying at Radisson Nagpur frequently during my visit over last 3-4 years. The experience of stay is Excellent. Staff is very polite and courteous. Food is also Excellent.

Super great staff, Krunal and Ram Mohan were very nice and accommodating. Food was great and atmosphere was impressive.

The hotel is one of its kind in the bustling city Nagpur, which gives peaceful environment and exceptional service. The property is well maintained and situated close to airport. Though expensive, you will get personalized services and care.

Had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Nagpur while celebrating my mother’s birthday. The arrangements were beautiful and made the occasion truly special.
