The Radisson Blu Hotel Nagpur is truly exceptional in every respect—the staff, the facilities, and the service. This was my third stay, this time for three nights, and I fully intend to stay here again on my next visit. On this occasion, I was even accommodated with an early check-in. Having arrived from Japan just after 10:00 AM, I was a bit concerned, but the staff handled the process very smoothly. Thank you very much.

Very excellent ambience and nice food.
Staff behaviour is pleasant and hospitality is nice. Other amenities like SPA , Swimming pool , Gim etc are good and hygiene is excellent. Receptionists provided all support and solved queries in a very adequate and pleasant way. Pick up and drop services is excellent.

Sejal did an excellent check in for us. In seconds. We were upgraded to a deluxe room. Enjoyed our stay

All was good , but due to business trip gathering , after entery no one asked for welcome drink / water , every one was searching for water !

Sharing my wonderful experience during my recent stay at the Radisson Blu hotel in Nagpur. I wanted to highlight several aspects of my visit that truly made it memorable and to commend the staff for their exceptional service.

The hotel's prime location in the heart of Nagpur was one of the standout features. Its central position offered unmatched convenience, allowing easy access to local attractions, top dining spots, and upscale shopping. This made it effortless to enjoy the vibrant city life while returning to the comfort and luxury of a first-class hotel. The stunning views and proximity to key landmarks added significant value to my stay.

The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. I was particularly impressed with the attentive housekeeping service provided by Ravinder, who ensured my room was always spotless and welcoming. The combination of luxurious accommodations and attentive service greatly enhanced my comfort.

Additionally, the professionalism and warmth demonstrated by the front office team—Seju, Vaishanavi, Raksha, Harsh, and Adil—made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Their friendly attitude and helpfulness truly made me feel at home. The gatekeeper also deserves praise for maintaining a secure yet inviting atmosphere throughout my stay.

A special mention must go to The Creative Kitchen and its talented team, including Head Chef Nishat and chefs Lalchand, Bala, Atul, Prabhat, Palvendra, and Kamal. Their culinary creations were not only beautifully presented but full of flavour. The service staff—Shardha, Sunil, Abhishek, Akshay, Shalini, Chanchlesh and Vaibhav—provided warm and attentive hospitality, making dining a delightful experience. I am also grateful to Sumata and Manager Miss Dikha for managing the service so smoothly during busy periods.

Overall, my stay at Radisson Blu Nagpur was outstanding, thanks to the combination of an excellent location, luxurious rooms, and dedicated staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and exceptional service in Nagpur.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel Nagpur, and the experience reflected a well-run operation driven by strong leadership and consistent execution.

At the top, General Manager Manoj Bali deserves credit for building a system where service quality is structured and consistently delivered across departments. The sales team, Abhijeet and Rajesh, also reflect strong coordination and responsiveness, indicating a well-managed backend that supports overall operations effectively.

The standout of my stay was the culinary experience, led by Executive Chef Nishant. His leadership is clearly reflected in the consistency, quality, and coordination across every meal. Maintaining such standards across a team requires strong control and vision, which was evident throughout. Supporting him, chefs Palvinder, Manish, Khemraj, and Raghuveer ensured excellent execution in taste, presentation, and reliability.

The front desk experience was smooth and professional, thanks to Adil (Manager) and Pooja, who handled interactions efficiently and ensured a seamless check-in and overall coordination.

The restaurant renovation is very well done, creating a modern and pleasant dining environment that enhances the overall experience.

In the restaurant and room service, Rahul, Deeksha, Vicky, Rushab, Abhishek, and Harshul provided attentive and well-balanced service, ensuring a consistently great dining and in-room experience.

Ranjeet from housekeeping/laundry maintained excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the stay.

Technical support by Mr. Pawan ensured smooth operations without any disruptions.

The bell desk team, Ajay and Roshan (Bell Boys), were proactive and helpful, making arrivals and departures hassle-free.

Beautifull stay thanks to yogita kunal and rahul to make my stay memorable both gyus persnally meet me and given special attention room also given yogita and kunal very cleanly and systematically food also teasty hotel location also good very easily to come hotel staff is very kind any time facing to smily face .

I did check in around midnight 11pm on 13th April and as the buffet dinner is there upto 11.30pm the front desk team being sensible acted fast and facilitated.

To my delight though I was the last person to be at the dinner with only two other guests being there I have been attended personally and no one tried to remind me of closing hours rather cheerfully served till midnight 12pm much beyond regular hours. Shalini and the team at the restaurant was of great help during my entire stay enhanced my experience.

The check out experience was much more memorable, as I was checking out around 1.30pm the team allowed me for the late checkout and as I thought of Ordering lunch (Biryani) to carry with me they ensured the order was processed in record 15 minutes and got delivered at the reception. Thanks to Vanshika for ensuring smooth check out, getting my lunch pack ready by calling kitchen team and liberally offering Radisson memorabilia, a decent Pen and a Mug.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the financial district and the staff is very professional. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

Centrally located but also easy access to airport, close to all shops, great pool and fitness, great bar and breakfast, comfortable room.
