Very clean , Hospitality was amazing
Pros:

Overall 10 out of 10 the Hospitality was amazing the stuff's were very helpful everything, room was very cleaning the food was amazing we enjoyed very will , and we have decided to come back to the same hotel for any trip to Nagpur . Amazing super !

Bel hôtel, chambres spacieuses et propres.

Cons:

Personnel en perdition tout le séjour : la chambre n'est pas prête une heure après l'heure normale de check-in : inacceptable vu le niveau de standing attendu, ne comprennent pas ne demandent, nous surfacturent...
Sont aux abonnés absents quand on les cherche, disparaissent quand on demande quelque chose...
Le reste est OK mais vu les tarifs des chambres ce n'est juste pas possible d'avoir un personnel si peu efficace.
