Property was good.

Cons:

There was a staff from manager she was extremely rude she just made my experience worst before the checkout i would surely not gonna come again.
As i was leaving for my midnight flight, i had 2 kids with me just before 2 hrs of my checkout she wasn’t allowing them to come with me in the room for my packing n stuff. She really made it hell for me. I know visiting policy very well but customer experience and a goodwill gesture is also there right? Please teach her some etiquettes

Pros:

Front office staff, especially Pratham understood my requirements and gave me a very silent room which was very comfortable. He even fixed slight cooling issues immediately. Restaurant staff especially Sumanta and Anuska gave me very good service

We had great fun at the buffet great food, although there could have been more non veg in breakfast menu but altogether
Pros:

The ambience and location were great. The location of facilities in the property was very well thought out. The front desk was fantastic, they upgraded my friend’s room which was lovely.

Cons:

The only dampener was that I booked and paid for both of us and they upgraded only my friend’s room which was very partial of them.

Pros:

Comfortabele,big bed and decent on site bar and restaurants. It's basically the only proper choice when you're staying in Nagpur.
Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help, great communication before the stay and fast check-in.
I will have no doubt about booking here again for my next stay at Nagpur.

Cons:

A lost guest rang my bell around midnight, which was a bit annoying. Can obviously happen anywhere so not the hotels fault
