Property Description

Pigeon Forge Motel Suites: right on the downtown Parkway in Pigeon Forge beside the Bear Camp main office, these rooms offer convenience and affordability. Nearby attractions are steps away, and the suites are central to Gatlinburg, Sevierville and Townsend, about 3 miles from Dollywood and close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Important information:

Please note that rooms are located on an upper floor and are only accessible by stairs. There is no elevator at the property.

Please be advised that housekeeping services are not offered for all reservations. Please contact the property directly for additional information.

Upon booking, the property will contact guests with a rental agreement to complete by time of arrival. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Comfortable bed
Pros:

The bed was amazing. The room was large. There was a jacuzzi bathtub in the room. The room is right on the strip. If you want to sleep comfortably then this is the room for you.

Cons:

The property was a little older. The sound from the restaurant below was a little loud. The furniture in the room was run down and older. But it worked and nothing was falling apart. The room could use some upgrades.

Location only.

Cons:

The location in proximity to the main strip was great but the place was nasty. There were 2 chairs and a long ottoman like thing that sat at the end of the bed that had all been visibly soiled multiple, multiple times (by God knows what) but it was definitely fluids of some sort. They all looked like they had never been cleaned and were some of the few places to set things in the room if you didn’t want them in the floor or scratching the small table. It was outdated and probably the same mattresses that were put there 40 years ago. Outdated can be tolerated if at least it’s clean but it was just NASTY. I let the front desk know and showed pics but it wasn’t a real concern to them. Even the lamp shade was soiled with something. See pics.
