This property was in an excellent location for why we were in Cincinnati.
The smell in the elevator, hallways and downstairs was putrid. Made us feel sick
Once we made it to our room we were fine. The rooms are outdated with bad pillows
I love the tiles! The service was great. Brad for the win! We had no heat and the phone wouldn’t call the front desk, but he was amazing!
No heat in one of rooms! We slept in our coats. Just glad it wasn’t the room my 85 year old mom was in.
The location
Room did not have body wash in the shower. It was completely empty. I doordashed food and they never called to tell me it was there.
The art through out the hotel was a very nice addition to our stay. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful It's also enjoyable to see where the penguin is hiding each day.
Staff was friendly, the location to the Aronoff Center was amazing, and the room was great!

The locations proximity to the theater
The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet
It seemed a little overpriced for the amenities. No place to get a late night snack so a
Microwave and fridge would be nice (There was not a mini bar as advertised The lighting was very dim. And the TV had limited free stations we could get to work
The location was right across from the theater, where I wanted to see Hamilton. The hotel has a very nice fitness center, and the spa was excellent.
The food in the restaurant wasn't to my taste.

The fitness center is great. A good amount of equipment. The first floor restaurant is very good. The modern art theme is very fun and interesting.
The bedside clock didnt work. (I think the outlet was out?). There was an in-room espresso machine. (Which was great!). But they didnt refill the pods after the first night.
Great location
Great valet service the boys were awesome.
Staff very stand offish when you enter.
