I was checking out and as we were checking out in the midst stopped everything to go assist another check in with bags and didn't pardon himself in anyway. Other than that very nice for the night. I didn't like it didn't have a tub

Premium cost, Holiday Inn experience.
Pros:

The location was perfect for exploring OTR.

Cons:

Restaurant breakfast was … disappointing at best.
The room didn’t have a fridge, the phone was a cordless that had not been plugged in, so it was useless to ask where the ice machine was located, oh wait there isn’t one. The phone was useless to call and have our car brought around. Waiting in the lobby while it was pulled around wouldn’t be so bad, if there was a place to sit. The room was a Deluxe King, it was… well it had a king bed so I should be satisfied right? We saved the museum till evening since the literature says open 24/7. But they forgot to mention the doors are closed at 9:00pm. We were told by security guard to come back in the morning when the doors would be open.
The location was great, the staff kind and friendly. The facility, was bland, white, and the room had no color except for an odd placed portrait of a pig. The light switch had dimmers but the bulbs were not the dimmable variety so it was like a strobe light or full power. The bottom line, we felt we over paid. We felt we paid a premium to stay in a Holiday Inn experience. We felt like, you got us… joke is on us…. Not the experience we were going for. Not likely to return or gamble on 21C in the future.
