Great stay, super fresh rooms, staff is extremely helpful! You need a car for travel the island.

Literally, the property was like a dream. The hotel itself has a total of eight rooms, if I remember correctly, but the land it sits on is absolutely ginormous — huge, yet incredibly well maintained. There isn’t a single spot with overgrown weeds or unattended leaves.

The pool was very relaxing and carried a sense of serenity that perfectly matched the atmosphere of the place. The overall aura was truly magical.

The breakfast simple yet very delicious.

Cons:

It would have been great if we’d have a refrigerator in the room.

Belle demeure mais peu pragmatique
Pros:

La maison est très bien rénovée, l’espace piscine est très beau. Le personnel est sympathique
Petit déjeuner simple mais ok. Parking gratuit

Cons:

Trop peu d’équipement d’une manière générale. L’endroit est beau manqué gravement de pragmatisme dans l’expérience voyageur. Rien à disposition à part de l’eau dans le complexe, pas moyen de se restaurer en-dehors du petit déjeuner; pas de machine à café dans les chambres ni de frigo. Chambre pas équipée pour des voyageurs qui vont à la mer, rien pour étendre du linge, pas de table et sièges pour s’asseoir dans la chambre. Personnel absent dès 19h le soir. Les linges de bain et draps de lit étaient tachés le premier jour et les écoulements mériteraient un gros décrassage.

La olor al entrar al entrar en el hotel te hacia sentir muy agusto

Me gustó todo ..lo único que encontré a faltar la típica ensaimada ...El hotel servía desayuno saludable y apenas había bollería pero en lugar del típico cruasant creo que le pegaba mas ensaimada tradicional

The property should reflect and further improve it's facilities, services and personnel training.
Pros:

The location is ideal to visit the island.
The breakfast staff is friendly.

Cons:

The mattresses are not good and give back pain.
The airco and VELUX was initially not working after which they managed to find a solution.
There is no reception service, meaning you need to communicate via WhatsApp.
There is no fridge at the property.
The shower was not properly cleaned, leading to a flood that went into the room (no level flooring) and up to our luggage.
There is a bright green emergency light that will prevent you from sleeping.
No clear beach towels system, which is weird for a property that is located on an island which is know for it's beautiful beaches.
We were not clearly told all facilities when we arrived nor clear instructions on what to do or how to check-out.

Amazing design hotel in the middle of the Menorcan countryside
Pros:

The hotel is a piece of tranquility and calm, everything is perfectly designed to create a wonderful atmosphere where guests feel at ease.
We loved the room, the outdoors and the impeccable quality of all the beautiful forniture.
We enjoyed the quality breakfast very much, with fresh and quality ingredients and the amazing setting.
We will never forget the amazing smell one could sense everywhere ;)

Cons:

We wished the hotel provided a bit more services, like a small bar (instead of do-it-youself fridges) or a restaurant. We felt that the hotel had a huge potential, like the nice vineyard and the cheese production, but at the moment this is not part of the experience yet. The cheese tasting and the visit of the domain (to be booked in advanced) can definitely be improved, although the guide was really nice she could barely speak English, and the visit was deceiving.
The hotel is fairly new, so we hope they will improve in this sense in the future!
