Wonderful place to visit Quebec!

Pros:

広くて、バスが新しめできれかった。
街の中心から近く、スタッフはその場にいなかったが、セキュリティもしっかりしていた。連絡は取ることができた。

Cons:

スタッフがいなかったので、安心して時間外に荷物を置いておけなかった。あと、ホテルの入り口が少し分かりづらかった。

Pros:

Bon emplacement! Très tranquille et propre.

Cons:

Pas de stationnement disponible, on a du payer un stationnement en proximité.
Pas de microonde ni cafetière dans la chambre, mais disponible dans une salle à café commune.

Gute Unterkunft, um Old Quebec zu erkunden.
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral. Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Es gibt keine Rezeption, aber man erhält alle Zugangsdaten im Voraus. Wir wurden auch täglich sehr freundlich angeschrieben, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Cons:

Obwohl der Zugangscode stimmt, benötigte ich jeweils mehrere Versuche, um das alte Schloss bei der Eingangstüre zu entriegeln. Eine genauere Beschreibung der Funktionsweise des alten Türschlosses wäre hilfreich.

Pros:

Location . Location location. It was near everything. Very close to Frontenac at half price. You can nearly not get that accessibility to everything with that price. Very happy with our stay. It’s only accessible through special e-codes at the door and in your bedroom, but it felt safe. The room was very clean and it had everything you needed for a great stay. It’s also easy to contact people via email or via phone call. Raven, Carla, Simon us with all our queries. And gave suggestions as to where to go. We had a great stay.

Cons:

The ongoing construction around, but that is not the hotels fault.

Great value!
Pros:

Fantastic location, few mins walk to the famous shopping area and board walk. Loved the room, spacious and the bed was super comfy. Customer support was top notch.

Pros:

Emplacement. Grande chambre pour 4 personnes avec des grands lits. Micro-ondes et frigo disponibles dans la chambre, ce qui était très utile.

Cons:

Absence de personnel. Tout se fait par email y compris les codes pour entrer dans l'hôte et la chambre l. Si on n'a pas de portable chargé que fait-on? Il faut alors appeler un numéro.

La literie était de bonne qualité et propre. L'emplacement idéal. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de thé dans la pièce commune du bas.
Manque de prises électriques dans la chambre pour recharger les divers appareils.
