Location and Staff Superb!
Pros:

Location perfect! Bed pretty comfortable, bathroom large and little heater in there was great so we could be warm with the nice hot shower. Plenty of towels, lotion, soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Though the staff are not on site, they were always so quick to respond. We had an issue with the upper door code, but they changed it quickly and we were in quickly. The little reception area with coffee, tea, microwave, etc. was great because we arrived early. We didn’t end up using it the other days, but that was just because we were busy eating and drinking at restaurants. They were also kind to let us in the room because the room was ready. It’s definitely dated, but who cares. It was quiet. comfortable and very affordable for Upper Town.

Cons:

Dated furniture, hairdryer didn’t work well. Everything else was great!

ホテルには誰もいませんでしたが日本語でのメールにも対応していただきよかったです。

Cons:

部屋の暗証番号が違っていて部屋に入ることができませんでした。メールですぐに対応してもらったので問題ありませんでした。

Parfait hotel pour visiter le vieux Québec
Pros:

Excellente literie.
Chambre spacieuse et confortable.
Emplacement parfait dans le vieux Québec.
On a adoré le style « vieille auberge » de l’établissement.
Entrée 100% autonome mais le personnel est très réactif pour nous aider si besoin.

Cons:

La salle de bain n’était pas chauffée et la porte coulissante n’insonorise pas assez.

Pros:

El alojamiento es una hermosa casa remodelada a pocos pasos de chateau. Nos encantó quedarnos aquí, todo estuvo impecable y el personal fue sumamente amable y respondió siempre rápidamente. Volvería a hospedarme aquí sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Una de las camas de la habitación 3 suena cuando te mueves. Recomendaría reemplazarla sobre todo por los huéspedes de sueño ligero.

Pros:

Excellent location, room was so nice and amenities in the coffee room were well stocked. The communication is the best I have had. I would highly recommend this location you will not be disappointed.

Cozy night on a quiet street one block from all the sights, restaurants etc.
Pros:

La posizione e la grandezza della camera. Ottimo il bagno e doccia grande.

Cons:

L'esterno e le.finiture vecchie e totalmente da rifare. La mancanza di informazioni relativamente alla chiusura delle strade per accedere alla struttura. Arredamenti vecchi.
