Cons:

Pésima atención, realizamos una reserva y cuando llegamos cansados después de horas de viaje nunca nos abrieron y dejaron de contestar los teléfonos. Esperamos largo tiempo hasta que ya en la noche nos tocó buscar algún hotel disponible en la ciudad. Me parece una falta de respeto, es la primera vez que me sucede algo así en esta aplicación, son unos irresponsables.

Welcoming hotel with tidy rooms and a good location.
Pros:

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. We got a very good price for a matrimonial bed and were able to bring our bicycles safely upstairs. The showered in our room didn't work well, so we chose to use the shared bathroom, where the pressure and temperature was excellent. Besides that, good room with room for clothes.

The shower wasn't working properly.

Pros:

Clean room with private bath was unexpected for their great price. Nice, firm mattress, good kitchen on top floor. Plenty of hot water in bathroom once it runs a while. A block from the Centro Commercial for buses, fruit, vegetables, and small restaurants.
Only ten rooms, and sometimes I had to look for or text an employee to let me in or out. There is no way to leave the building without being let out.
