Pros:

Only met one member of staff but he was friendly and very helpful even carried our luggage into our room for us. Allowed me to leave my car with them after checkout while we where busy and they’d moved our car for us onto the drive for when we came back. Really made a fuss of my daughter when we came back from her dance competition which is what we travelled for.

Cons:

This isn’t a dislike just a little tip off for the owners- would be really helpful to refresh the toilet rolls. One small one doesn’t last long enough.
The replies to emails pre arrival were really slow but friendly enough when they did reply.

No working Tv in the room
No working heating in the room
No working shower
No hot water
Paid same price as our friends but was told breakfast wasn’t included for us?

Breakfast looked good but I just had toast and cereal

Cons:

had to ask for the heating to be put on every day which I am not used to and the mattress was like laying on a rack of ribs
Everything else is ok
Would stay again if these were put right

Cons:

We waited 20 minutes for someone to let us in,there was a stale smell as you walked on. There was no reception. We went into the bar area to get our keys,which were just in a tin box, our booking had been changed to accommodate someone else. The carpets were sticky to your feet as you walked,the room smelt damp, and the wallpaper was coming off the wall. It was so bad, and the smell of me and my friend fell sick, we tried to cancel, instead we didn't stay.
