Nice experience!
Pros:

Very enjoyable though had to leave early so could not enjoy the breakfast or the surroundings fully.
Pros:

Great scenic and nautical setting.

Cons:

A bus from and to Itchenor to get to Chichester perhaps.

Pleasantly surprised! Value for money and very peaceful.
Pros:

The price was very cheap so my expectations weren’t that high. We just wanted a place to stay overnight to visit Bosham and the historic dockyard in Portsmouth. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was nicer than I thought it would be, the bed comfy. We were welcomed by a lovely lady at the bar who took us up to our room. The room had a lovely view over the water. We went to the bar for a drink and were made to feel very welcome. Drinks were on the cheap side and there was crisps/nuts/chocolate available for purchase. The location was so peaceful. We sat outside and watched the boats come and go. I would stay here again.

Cons:

There was no breakfast available but we knew this before we arrived. There is a cafe you can walk to but it was not to my taste. I just wanted something cheap and simple, not smashed avocado and sour dough. If I stayed again I would take food supplies with me as the nearest shop was a drive away. Also no tv in the room but again we knew that. There was Wi-Fi though.

Pros:

Great place .. clean , amazing views , staff are great too
There is nowhere to get food at the venue , out of season , but plenty of pubs / cafes nearby so not a problem, but this is reflected in the price , pretty cheap for the area

Would recommend if your looking for cheap clean accommodation at a good price

Cons:

Ceilings and doors are low small , but it is an old building , no parking on site , but car park within 1minutes walk

Not a complaint. Pleasant little spot, but feedback.....
Pros:

Quiet, basic, easy going, quirky, cheap. Water in the room.

Cons:

The room was clean and perfectly good except the bed springs worn away with a horrible dip.. Had to swap ends to get vaguely comfortable. I'm a no frills sort of person and the floor with a roll mat and sleeping bag and pillow would have been more comfy. Won't put me off, still like the place. Maybe not that room! On a noisy night, say a sailing week, the rooms will be noisy. On a quiet night they will be quiet!

Disappointing value for the cost
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room quiet.

Cons:

There were insufficient instructions to find the lane. Unbeknownst to me there were two lanes, the sat nav leading to the wrong one. I rang every no. in the menu, but got no reply. Eventually someone answered one of my messages, and I found the lane. It is dark and unlit in the winter evenings with scant signing on the roadside. Down the lane I was again lost in the dark. No notices to find the bar and the buildings all shut up and dark. I was just giving up when someone came out. The room was nicely decorated but the carpet was dirty. The chair covering also grubby. The mugs hadn't been cleaned properly. No TV. The parking again in a dark, rutted area, well away from the site. Extra charges of course for the parking, but I was warned of this. The lass was friendly enough though and tried to help.

A great alternative to a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn in a beautiful setting.
Pros:

Lovely views. Really peaceful. Itchenor is a beautiful village.

Cons:

It would be great to have breakfast or a recommendation of places to go for breakfast.
