Cons:

The owner/staff appears to be running a scam. I have already filed a complaint with Booking.com and hope they take appropriate action.

After my reservation was confirmed, the owner repeatedly demanded additional money that was not mentioned in the booking details. I have proof of this, including WhatsApp screenshots and call recordings.

He also harassed me through phone calls and used threatening language such as “I will see you at the property” and “I will give you poor service.” This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking this place.

Edit: I did not check in to the hotel. My review is based on my experience during the pre-check-in communication. After the owner/staff spoke to me in this threatening manner over the phone, I decided to cancel my booking.

After posting this review, the owner has continued to threaten me regarding the review, which is very concerning. I am considering filing a police complaint for my safety. All evidence, including call recordings and messages, has been preserved.

Worst experience, Rude behaviour, Cleaning issue
Pros:

Only the location was good but service was totally worse.

Cons:

1. Behaviour of staff
2. For a few hours early check-in they are charging an extra 500hrs even if they approve on the portal before reaching.
3. Bedsheet was not clean after multiple times discuss they changed it.
4.In portal mentioned Breakfast included but they are not providing if you ask they will argue with you.
5. After reaching hotel they are saying cancel booking from Booking.Com app. If you cancel it they will not extra charge for early check-in. Another level of fraud.

Note: over-all experience was totally worst if you guys book then please think and check reviews before going. Else you will lose your hard earned money. If you are going with family so first think because i faced lots of issues.
