Todo me parecio EXCELENTE, buscaba una buena ubicacion pero tranquila y lo era. La habitacion es muy hermosa y comoda, todo impecable. Las piletas de todos los gustos, la vista del lugar es increible, el desayuno delicioso y con opciones gluten free, el hotel es hermoso, perfecto y fue el mejor cierre para mis vacaciones. El personal increible, todos muy atentos, las chicas de la recepcion unas amorosas y los chicos del bar siempre atentos. Me ofrecieron dejar mis maletas luego del check out, pase el dia en el hotel y me dieron toalla y ducha para que pueda ducharme antes de ir al aeropuerto. TODO ESPECTACULAR

Heaven.
Pros:

Wonderful property with lovely staff. You can tell they put attention and care in every single detail: design, menu, people. Food was mind-blowing, probably best burgers we ever had in whole world.

Malgré le bruit nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable et serviable. La décoration est réussie et on se sent comme en bord de mer.

Cons:

Nous étions le bungalow à côté de la piscine où l’on pouvait entendre tout le personnel ou les autres invités de l’hôtel, pas idéal pour dormir longtemps.

It was rain season so a big party of us stayed and noticed our beds damp as we needed to get medication from the pharmacy,!

Very professional and excellent service all round.
Pros:

We accidently left a few valuable items there and didn't release at the time of check out.
My wife's Earrings and two other items.
The staff took a video of the items and sent to me.
By this time we where at the airport heading back home.
The Honesty of the staff was so great to see and very very professional.
They organised to get our things returned to some friends who where staying in a different location.
We are so grateful.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. The food was delicious. Services were good.

Cons:

It's slightly uphill and away from city centre. But it's easy to get grab or gojek to go anywhere.

Also, for some reason there were red ants in our room. However, when we told the staff, they promptly took care of it and even compensated us for the trouble.
