Awesome location just food
Our experience at Gravity Hotel was truly outstanding.
We had the chance to spend two nights in the Bungalow Room, which was such a special experience: beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, and the feeling of being completely close to nature. We then spent two nights in the Rajah Suite, which was super luxurious, with a stunning view and incredible high ceilings.
Across both experiences, one thing never changed: the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, always happy to help us organise our plans, share great tips, and respond on WhatsApp with amazing reactivity, no matter the time or request.
The hotel is a real haven of peace, with a great location, a lovely restaurant, and an excellent à la carte breakfast. Hats off to the whole team, including the owners we had the pleasure of meeting, who also gave us such a warm welcome. We will definitely be back without hesitation.
This was our first hotel during our honeymoon in Bali, first impressions are important and Gravity did not disappoint at all. We stayed in a bungalow with private pool, which was a nice boutique experience with unique design elements. After a long day of exploring, the resort gives you the feeling of returning home to a family that genuinely cares about your wellbeing. During our 4 day stay, not even once the staff made any of our requests seem impossible, they go out of their way to accommodate your needs which shows their true commitment to hospitality.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank one staff member in particular: Alit. From the very beginning he showed exceptional kind-heartedness, trying to truly have a sense of how we were feeling and what we needed, without ever being intrusive. We felt genuinely cared about and it is this feeling that we will remember the most about Gravity. I hope that one of his superiors reads this and acknowledges him for his efforts ;).
Amazing and some of the amazing staff we have experienced

This hotel is amazing, staff 5*, room 5*, food 5*, personal attention 5*. The staff really can't do enough for you, they insist that you lay chilling in the sun and WhatsApp them to bring you a drink when the bar is 50ft away.

Staff were delightful they could not do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and meals we had at both resorts were delicious
Maybe on your website explain that your resort is on a steep hill. All four of us struggled with the steps and the accessibility.
Everything. Staff are fantastic couldn't do more for you. Pools are amazing as are tje gardens. Rooms are great and the open shower unreal. Great location.

Nothing. It was perfect
We had the passion suit that was an amazing private area of the resort. The suit had a lot of room to feel comfortable and relax. The great part about the hotel is that there are not a lot of rooms so the entire area is extremely private and quit. There were several times when we were coming and going and it felt like we had the enite place to ourselves.
Prior to our arrival, the staff informed me of an issue within our suit that would not allow us to stay there for the first couple days of out stay. Although I was disappointed, I understood that it was an issue that was completely out of their control. They immediately had another suit to put us in and did everything within their ability to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Upon our arrival, we were informed that they were actually able to correct the issue and we could stay at the passion suit that we had originally booked. That fact that the staff recognized the problem and I am sure went out of their way to ensure that the issue was resolved in order for us to have the suit we booked, was something that we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, the views were great, and the location is excellent, as you can get to a lot of great areas within 15-20 min on a scooter. Thank you to all the staff for being so accommodating and making our stay a memorable one.
