Sentirsi a casa: dimora bella e staff cordiale!
Pros:

È un'autentica dimora storica e l'atmosfera è piacevole e rilassante. La stanza era bellissima, arredata con gusto, pulita e spaziosa. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dedicato molto tempo e ci ha dato consigli utili per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno. Assolutamente consigliato!

Cons:

Per arrivare occorre camminare per 2 minuti tra le vie interne dei bazar, tuttavia ci siamo sempre sentite sicure ed è un compromesso da pagare per alloggiare in un haveli così bello. Lo staff ci ha comunque aiutato nel trasporto dei bagagli all'arrivo e alla partenza!

Beautiful Haveli
Pros:

Well maintained family-run historic Haveli, in the heart of the Jaipur old town.
We had the beautiful room on the rooftop, spotless clean and tastefully decorated. Everything just worked fine, esp the modern conventions such as shower, aircon and internet. All the meals, incl. Breakfast, are home cooked and tasty. 2 out of 3 nights we had the dinner at this place (theres beer!).
Being in the old town means, the streets and the surrounding areas can be messy and direct access with a normal car is not possible (if you have been to India, you know what I mean).
The host already informed this to me prior to arrival and arranged a tuktuk to pick up us and the suitcases.
All in all, we will definitely come back here when we will be Jaipur again.

Feel like a local
Pros:

It is really authentic and feel like a local type of stay. The place looks like the villa from the past. Beautifully decorated with the little tiny doors and little tiny staircases. You can go all the way up to the roof to read the book or watch sunrise. This stuff is very helpful. If you want to feel that you live in Jaipur, I really recommend this stay. If you’re looking for luxury and relaxation, this is not a place. I spent half a day with Raja a tuktuk driver. He is an awesome man. He drove me around and explain about many different things. I really enjoy the time I spend with him.

Cons:

Of course they are going to try to take you to stores with jewellery or with textile where you are going to get a tourist price. But this is okay just part of travelling.

Un salto del tempo
Pros:

Struttura ricavata in una antica Haveli che porta i segni del tempo come una vecchia signora. Ogni piano è un piccolo viaggio del tempo fino ad arrivare al rooftoot da chi si ammirano i tetti di Jaipur. La nostra camera era arredata e decorata con gusto.
Cena e colazione buona ed abbondante. Tutto il personale è stato accogliente e professionale. Posizione a pochi passi dal centro della città.

Cons:

Il bagno soffre un po' il confronto con la camera ma è spazioso e funzionale.

Pros:

We had a great time, the building was magnificent and the host were always super kind and welcoming. We went around with the tuk tuk Raja who knows very well the city and secret spots for eating. Definitely reccomended!

Everything was exceptional: the building, the owners welcome / sympathy, the location. Experiencing an haveli is a must do. The owners offer a diner which we highly recommend.

è magnifica, la camera era perfetta in ogni dettaglio e pulitissima. Proprietari di una gentilezza incredibile, ci hanno accolto benissimo. Abbiamo cenato presso la struttura ed è stata una delle cene più belle del nostro viaggio perché più autentica rispetto ai classici ristoranti. Hanno poi diversi altri servizi tra cui la lavanderia.Se venite a Jaipur dovete assolutamente soggiornare presso di loro!

A warm, spacious, and memorable stay with homemade food and thoughtful touches
Pros:

- The host and staff were very welcoming and friendly. They did their best to accommodate everything we asked for including laundry and recommendations on sightseeing.
- Our room was spacious, including the bathroom.
- The homemade breakfast was excellent.
- Location was close to several places of interest.
- Bonus: the host's dad cutting us mangoes every morning and chatting during breakfast was a special touch.
- Bonus: they printed out a picture of our family in front of the property and gave us 3 custom notebooks.

Cons:

- Since the property is located in old Jaipur, the access is via inner alleys that are crowded, dirty and have several street animals like cows and dogs.
- One potential downside is that the steep steps can be challenging for older folks.
