Great stay in a beautiful little town.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of beautiful Conwy. Nice, comfortable, spotless room. All the facilities you'd need - including an in-room fridge. Nice, super clean bathroom with a decent shower. All the staff I met seemed to be lovely and efficient. Very nice cooked breakfast, served in the beautiful, old chapel space..

Cons:

It was all good, if I was being picky, maybe the pillows are due for a replacement sometime soon. But, honesty, I still slept well.

An absolute gem of a stay, and would highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable and stylish spot.
Pros:

The whole aesthetic was wonderful and we felt well looked after. We stayed in the smaller and very quaint Telford room which was such a delight. The room was very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and hearty portions were served in the gorgeous dining area. Check in and check out were easy and we had as superb stay. It’s clear the owners take great pride and have done a sensational job with it all.

Short stay but would happily return.
Pros:

The location, the building itself was a nice place to stay. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and the onsite restaurant has some very nice food options!

Cons:

Hard to find anything that i did dislike to be honest I cant think of anything at all.

Very professionally run. Extremely friendly . The breakfast dining room was amazing. Brekkie very tasty with great waitress.

Great location and a unique place. Breakfast in the old chapel building was a real treat. Staff were helpful and polite. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and recently decorated. The bathroom was modern with a great shower.

Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Great location. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Cons:

The only downside was local parking restrictions nearby meaning we had to leave early to move the car by 9am as we couldn't find anywhere else to park.
