Domus Luxury Suite

I was a bit taken aback by the property, initially walking in, it seemed fine but it smells moldy and like a sewer at the same time. There is cobwebs beside the bed and dust on the dresser. The comforter in the closet was dirty and had hair on it and smelled as though it hadn’t been washed in a while. When I requested another one I didn’t get one until my last night and that one also smelled as though it was something they pulled out of the back of a closet. Smelled unwashed. For 2 nights I had to cover myself and my son with the extra towel. The shower head was on the floor and broken. The shower is tiny. the shower is so small that if I wash myself I would accidentally turn the shower off with my elbow(I’m 5’6 and 140lbs). I requested it be fixed and they kept telling me it would be fixed the next day and it was never fixed. The noise from the street is loud if you are in one of the front rooms. The picture of the external view of the property is incorrect. That is the corner of the street and not the front of the building (there is graffiti on the wall). I cannot recommend the place. The location was great, 10 min walk to the colosseum, food around the corner but the actual living arrangements was not good.

Lo mejor del alojamiento, la ubicación, a 15min de todo, y el precio pese a ser caro, barato con lo que había por la zona.
Lo peor, los olores de las cañerías era exagerado, el baño destartalado (el wc se movía..) en la habitación había algunas humedades y un visillo tipo cortina ayudaría a poder abrir la ventana sin que te vean desde la calle ya que la habitación era un bajo.

Helaas geven ze aan dat je op 500 meter afstand kan parkeren, een grote reden dat ik dit heb geboekt echter blijkt dit alleen het geval te zijn tussen 18:00 uur en 07:00 uur, hier heb je dus niks aan als je een dag Rome wil bezoeken. Daarnaast was de communicatie hierover erg onduidelijk je krijgt de eerste keren slecht of amper antwoord en uiteindelijk word verteld dat je je auto een eind verderop moet parkeren en met je koffers over de vervelende stenen in de straten van Rome meesleuren naar het appartement. Als je daar aankomt is het niet het gebouw zoals de foto laat zien maar iets verderop, verkeerde huisnummer doorgekregen waardoor het slot niet werkte, uiteindelijk binnen gekomen door een deur die maar half open kan. Kamer was redelijk, badkamer was heel erg smerig vooral de douchecabine. Gelukkig waren wij hier maar een dag en hebben we ondanks heel de dag zweten in de hitte niet gedouched. Wc pot valt bijna om als je naar een kant gaat hangen, zit los op de grond. Het verblijf zit wel dicht bij het centrum dat is het enige voordeel.
Al bij al niet aan te raden!

I alerted them that I would arrive late and I heard nothing further before I arrived shortly after midnight. The door was locked, the buzzer gave no response. I finally found a way to call them and got a code to enter and access the room. "luxury" and "suite" in the name are all outright frauds. Room was horrible. Unless you REMOVE THEM FROM THE EXPEDIA SERVICE I AM DONE WITH EXPEDIA.

First of all this isn’t a hotel as it is described, and is SO far of being Luxury. I ask the admin. yo be true to what you offer and change the description. It was terribly noisy, we were SO cold as there was just a sheet (no blanket), and the shower was filthy with mold. This is a guest house.
