Pros:

Colazione abbondante e molto buona, posizione molto tranquilla (a parte il muezzin alle 5.30 della mattina...) ma a due passi dal centro di Avanos, camera grande, Arif molto disponibile a risolvere tutte le mie richieste

Aus unserer Sicht nicht empfehlenswert !
Pros:

Das einzige, was uns (vermeintlich) gefallen hat, waren die positiven Bewertungen bei der Buchungseintscheidung. Mit einer Bewertung vom 9.8 (?!?) schien es genau das passende Hotel für uns zu sein... der Schein bzw. die Bewertungen, Fotos und Angaben trügen !!

Cons:

Tja... eventuell hätten wir eher darauf achten sollen, woher diese Gästebewertungen sind. Uns ist schleierhaft wie diese fast Höchstpunktezahl zustande kam.
Angefangen bei Ankunft im 'idyllischen' Garten: verwildert, ungepflegt, nicht einladend mit billigen Plastiktische/-stühle. Die Rezeption: existiert nicht! Eine Frau stand im vermeintlichen 'Speisesaal' (ein ungepflegter, mit Glas abgetrennter, Bereich zum Garten), nur türkisch sprechend (absolut keine Verständigungsmöglichkeit!), übergab uns wortlos den Schlüssel, lief zu den Zimmer (Zimmer auf, Schlüssel innen ins Türschloss, weg war sie... keine Erklärung zu Heizung, Licht, Klima usw.). Mein Zimmer/Bad roch nach Urin, keine Zahn-/Gläser, kein Safe, teils keine Klima. Als wir anderntags von einer Wanderung zurückkehrten, lagen die benutzten Badetücher am Boden, Bettlaken zurückgeschlagen... alles wie wir das Zimmer verlassen haben (es wird nichts gereinigt oder ausgetauscht).
Zimmer: Zugang via alter "Scheunenbereich", Beschreibung/Ausstattung/Fotos unbedingt hinterfragen!
Zum Frühstück: ich betrat 1x den erwähnten 'Speisesaal'... es roch unangenehm, am Boden beim Eingang ein altes Plastiggefäss mit undefinierbarer, braunroter (Blut, Rost?) Flüssigkeit an der eine Katze roch/leckte. Die Tischdecken schreckten eher vom Frühstück ab, als dass sie zum Brunch einluden. Als Kaffee nur Instantpulver und heisses. Keine Butter vorhanden. Für das zweite Frühstück wählten wir ein Kaffee im Dorf.
Alles in allem: wir können absolut nicht nachvollziehen, wie eine solche Top Bewertung zu deuten ist. Zudem ist das Hotel noch als Café beschildert - mit Instantkaffee?!? Ausschreibung als einfaches Airbnb wäre passend, nicht aber als Boutique Hotel! Unsererseits: nicht empfehlenswert! Wir würden uns nie wieder für dieses Hotel (auch nicht für den Ort Avanos) entscheiden.

Camp de base ideal pour visiter la Cappadoce : authentique, au calme et au vert, au vert
Pros:

J’ai passé une semaine délicieuse dans cette maison de famille transformée en hôtel par Rafye et Arif :
- authenticité et élégance culturelle dans l’architecture et la décoration.
- confort moderne
- jardin fleuri rafraîchissant dans lequel il fait bon savourer l’excellent petit déjeuner.
- situation idéale : dans le centre de cette petite ville balnéaire à l’atmosphère très turque. Mais dans un quartier très calme et au bord du fleuve et à 50 m : départ des bus locaux pour Goreme.
- accueil plein de délicatesse. Arif m’a même organisé des excursions et conduite dans 2 d’entre elles !
J’ai vraiment eu une semaine à la fois bien remplie et ressourçante.

Cons:

Un énorme merci, chers Rafye et Arif !

A beautiful, central property
Pros:

Beautiful property. The attention to the decor in the room was exceptional and the garden is stunning. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The property is walking distance from the town centre and literally across the road from the river. The room was huge and the bathroom spacious. I regret that we could only spend one night but I hope to be back soon.

Pros:

Avanos est un très bon endroit pour rester plusieurs jours en Cappadoce et la situation de l'hotel est parfaite. Quelques minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre et les commerces et en même temps un peu en retrait, au calme absolu en bordure du fleuve Kizilirmak. Espaces verts, parking à 2 pas de l'Hotel.
Chambre agréable. Salle du petit déjeuner très agréable et encore nous n'avons pas profité de la terrasse extérieure parce qu'il faisait encore un peu frais le matin en mai. Petit déjeuner varié, garni, cuisiné par la maitresse de maison.
Bref un accueil familial pour un service professionnel.
A recommander les yeux fermés.

Just amazing for your stay in Avanos!
Pros:

Absolute beautiful room, decorated thoughtfully.
Nice shower, lovely bed and spacious room.
Staff was super friendly and their hospitality was sincere and warm.
Lovely small cosy quiet hotel with a bar and green garden!

Cons:

No ventilation in the bathroom, that's the only thing.

Pros:

Die Umgebung ist hervorragend direkt am Kızılırmak,zum Stadt Zentrum zu Fuß 3 Minuten. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Best Hotel in Avanos!
Pros:

We stayed 4 nights at HaciAşik Konaği Hotel in Avanos (Cappadocia) Turkey. This was our second stay at this hotel. We enjoyed our first stay so much that we didn’t hesitate to come back again. We prefer staying in Avanos over Goreme because it has a more casual, laid back feel with plenty of options for eating and casual walking. It’s only a few miles from the touristy area of Goreme. The staff at HaciAşik Konaği was very friendly and accommodating. They made our stay perfect! Our room was lovely. Very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with a variety of Turkish cheese, spreads, fresh fruit, and delicious hot items. We rented a car for this trip and they have plenty of parking. We highly recommend staying at the HaciAşik Konaği Hotel. We can’t wait to return!

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist geschmacklich gut eingerichtet. Zweckmäßig ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Das Bett, Kissen waren bequem. Es war sehr ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Direkt nebenan ist die Polizeiwache. Sicherheit ist gegeben.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und viel Auswahl. Jedentag gab es etwas anderes, selbst gebackenes. Liebevoll zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Nichts. Avanos ist eine schöne Gegend. Ruhiger wie in Goereme. In avanos, in der naehe der Unterkunft gibt es einen schönen Park und alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Die Lage war gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker

Cons:

Wir hatten keinen Schrank im Zimmer. Es gab keine Ablageflächen - nur zwei Stühle.
Das Hotel hatte einen Hund, der draußen in einem kleinen Käfig - ohne Auslauf- gehalten wurde. Teilweise hatte er kein Wasser.

The room is very clean. The mattress was comfortable. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb with a spread that includes homemade marmalade, eggplant jam, gozleme, borek, eggs, and fruit. And unlimited tea or coffee. Served in the garden. It’s really the highlight of our morning. Location is within a short walking distance to city center. It is also a short drive to watch the hot air balloons launch, which Cappadocia is known for.

Cons:

Our room was on the upper floor so water pressure in the shower was not that great but it’s not a deal breaker for us because everything else was perfect.
