Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje Pan z recepcji, który był bardzo miły oraz pomocny w przypadku jakichkolwiek pytań. W niektórych 5 gwiazdkowych hotelach nie spotkałem obsługi na takim poziomie

Świetny hotel przed wylotem z Okęcia
Pros:

Świetny hotel, zwłaszcza przed podróżą samolotem - blisko lotniska i parkingów. Pokój i łazienka bardzo czyste, bardzo duży plus za kosmetyki i ręczniki w łazience. Dodatkowo możliwość poczęstowania się kawą/herbatą we wspólnej sali zwiększa komfort pobytu. Bardzo miła i pomocna Pani z recepcji która czekała na nas do późnych godzin nocnych. Polecam!

Cons:

Pokoje bez okien,za okno trzeba dopłacić 100 zł z widokiem na ścianę z pustaka.W miarę czysto,urwana deska sedesowa, nie działający telewizor, i wszystko w języku ukraińskim a wydaję mi się że chyba jeszcze jesteśmy w Polsce
