Pros:

Le niveau de la prestation. L'hôtel était pour ainsi dire tout neuf.
Chiara et Lesley nous ont très bien accueilli et on su répondre positivement à nos besoins pendant notre séjour.

Pros:

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Récent, décoration sobre et agréable, grande chambre, personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner très bien. Facile pour se garer gratuitement dans la rue

Cons:

Attention : lors de ce deuxième passage, nous avons eu une chambre qui présentait quelques imperfections au niveau de la propreté.

Pros:

Tout était parfait ! La personne à la réception a été aux petits soins pour nous. La chambre était spacieuse avec un balcon, très propre, la literie de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue gratuitement. Bref, une très belle adresse à retenir

S’il fallait trouver quelque chose, je dirai peut être une insonorisation légère des chambres.

L’insonorizzazione è semplicemente imbarazzante: si percepisce ogni minimo rumore, dal passaggio sul pianerottolo al phon della stanza accanto, come se le pareti non esistessero. Una situazione inaccettabile per qualsiasi struttura ricettiva.

Il culmine si è raggiunto questa mattina (lunedì): nel palazzo accanto sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione e alle 7:40 in punto è iniziato l’uso continuativo di una flessibile. Un rumore assordante, continuo, incompatibile con qualsiasi idea di riposo.

La cosa più irritante è che in ascensore è presente un cartello con delle scuse per questi disagi. Quindi la struttura è perfettamente consapevole del problema, ma si guarda bene dall’avvisare prima della prenotazione. Informare il cliente dopo che ha già pagato e soggiorna non è corretto, è semplicemente tardivo e inutile.

Che i lavori siano esterni non è una giustificazione: la trasparenza verso il cliente dovrebbe venire prima di tutto.

In definitiva, una struttura che fallisce su un aspetto essenziale. Se cercate tranquillità, evitate senza esitazioni.
