Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Hôtel charmant, très bien géré. Le personnel est aux petits soins, discret et efficace.
Le petit déjeuner est top, produits frais et très copieux. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Idéalement localisé, plein centre à proximité de belles boutiques, restaurants et jolis bars.

Gestion pas bonne comportement de la propriété minable

L’hôtel nous a donné une chambre que n’ était pas ce que on a réservé
Réservation Suite de Luxe de 55 m2
Reçu une chambre double lus petite sans fenêtre ni air conditionné n’i bidet le tout médiocre
En plus au début pas de disponibilité à changer de chambre même si on a payé 486 euro et l a chambre donné ne valait pas la moitié
Finalement ils nous ont proposé une autre chambre beaucoup plus petite
La propriété a engagé une négociation sur la différence de prix à rembourser 50 euro offert ( le différence entre les deux chambre sur Booking pour 3 nuit était de 87 euro)
Finalement on a reçu 70’euro

On reste avec un sensé d escroquerie et tentation à tout prix de gagner sur tous même après une gestion de déplorable de la situation

Pros:

Avevo chiesto una suite e all ‘ arrivo. Ci hanno dato una stanza al piano terra con. Finestra alta tipo cantina gentilmente l’hanno cambiata a non era una suite e nel bagno ci si muoveva a malapena

Erwartungen übertroffen!
Pros:

Noch bevor wir die Unterkunft erreicht hatten wurden wir freundlichst begrüßt. Stephania hat sich sofort um einen Parkplatz gekümmert. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Das Frühstück war super, im zugehörigen Restaurant gab es die beste Pizza, die wir je gegessen haben. Uns wurden über unsere Bestellung hinaus Proben von Spezialitäten aus der Region serviert. Die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals ist nicht zu übertreffen!
