הצוות במקום היה מאוד נעים ועוזר, המיקום היה קרוב למערת נטיפים ולמסעדות ומרכז מסחרי עם סופר. החדר היה נקי השירותים מקלחת טובים.

Nagyszerű, mindenkinek ajánlom!
Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés kiváló: közel az autópálya lehajtóhoz, a település szélén, de van a közelben bolt is. A reggeli nem túlzó, de teljesen kielégítő.
Külön élmény a sok akvárium!

Cons:

Nyilván hoteltől nem elvárható, de nem gondoltunk arra, hogy vigyünk magunkkal tányért, evőeszközt. A gyerekek miatt kellett volna erre készülnünk.

Nous ne reviendrons pas malheureusement :/

La taille de la chambre (assez grande)
La disponibilité et la réactivité de la propriétaire

Cons:

Commentaire s'appliquant uniquement à notre chambre qui était basée derrière la réception au rez de chaussée :

- Aucune isolation phonique, dès 6h du matin et jusque tard vous pouvez tout entendre de ce qui se dit à la réception + préparation des repas dans la salle d'à côté

- Une porte supplémentaire à la nôtre et à celle de nos voisins faisait office de "sas" et pouvait être fermée depuis l'extérieur mais pas ouverte depuis l'intérieur (donc nous pouvions être enfermés, ce qui en termes de sécurité ne serait-ce que par rapport aux incendies et très dangereux). J'ai donc contacté la propriétaire dès le premier soir pour l'avertir et elle m'a rassuré sur le fait que cela n'arrivera pas car elle n'était jamais fermée. Malheureusement, dès le lendemain, une enfant des voisins en partant a enfermé sa famille justement en jouant avec la porte. Donc quand nous sommes rentrés, la porte était verrouillée. Nous avons dû appeler une personne de l'équipe pour nous aider à déverrouiller la porte car elle était également dysfonctionnelle. J'ai donc prévenu l'autre famille qu'elle avait été enfermée pendant plusieurs minutes sans s'en rendre compte.

- Certaines personnes de l'équipe étaient adorables comme celle qui nous a aidé à déverrouiller la porte, mais d'autres étaient très désagréables comme la personne qui nous a accueilli le premier soir par exemple ou celle qui a fait le check out.
