Pros:

It was close to where we needed, was clean and decent size.

Cons:

The coffee was awful, had to go to Greggs.

No lift. Not manned at night and dingy apart from the room itself.

Exactly what we were looking for and more on a budget
Pros:

Room had plenty of facilities for us including a fridge! There was a fan, heater, hairdryer.

Cons:

The view. But thats not exactly the hotels fault

Poor poor poor poor poor
Pros:

Cons:

No staff , lights failed , couldnt reach window to close/open , dust on top of bed headboard etc , no room to swing a mouse in shower cubicle , even in daylight and given a lamp couldnt use in bathroom .... couldnt wait to get out

Excellent Location.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness and location. The staff were very nice and a their Curry House few doors away.

Nothing, the only thing I liked was leaving

Cons:

The arrival, the walk to the room, the room. You have to go two doors down to collect your key, the area is rough, the room was unclean, no toiletries provided, the hallway and stairs were very dirty, the property had a bad smell, breakfast is not provided on the property...... do not stay here
