Fabulous staff, friendly, relaxed, helpful atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast menu. Lovely bar and leisure facilities.

Cons:

If I have to say one thing it would be no bar snacks like peanuts and chips/crisps. Not a big issue and maybe just a usual thing in ireland but not to Bosnia

Pros:

Хотел Астория е много близо до центъра на Баня Лука. Персоналът е изключително усмихнат и отзивчив. Хигиената в хотела е на доста високо ниво.

Hotel absolutnie nie warty swojej ceny
Pros:

To hotel z klimatem z PRL. Na pewno bardzo miła obsługa. Położenie - dla osób podróżujących nie autem takie sobie. Ale uwaga autobus jadący z lotniska zatrzymuje się na przystanku obok hotelu (ale trzeba powiedzieć kierowcy aby się zatrzymał).
Uprzejma obsługa.

Cons:

Osoba robiąca zdjęcia tego hotelu na potrzeby Booking powinna dostać premię - hotel bowiem wygląda na nich wręcz luksusowo. W rzeczywistości tak jak napisałam to taki typowy PRL.
Śniadania z listy w restauracji to w sumie kurtuazja bo były fatalne. Nie rozumiem dlaczego warzywa do śniadania to jeden plasterek pomidora przecięty na pół.
Omlet z warzywami to nie to co myślisz (marchewka i brokuł gotowany z torebki mrożonej). Już lepiej w ogóle zrezygnować i serwować tylko sam omlet.
Pasztet w pudełeczku - absolutnie najtańszy ze sklepu (robiąc zakupy przypadkiem zwróciłam uwagę).
Smród papierosów. Mimo, że część w której są pokoje hotelowe teoretycznie jest oddzielona i są znaki zakazujące palenia, niemniej było jak było.
Na pewno hotel nie jest absolutnie warty swojej ceny.

Cons:

I genuinely wonder whether some of the guests who gave this hotel 4 stars have stayed in a proper 4-star hotel before. While the rooms were clean and the staff provided good service, the facilities were very limited. Breakfast had few options, there was no pool, and the spa came at an extra cost. Overall, it did not meet my expectations of a 4-star hotel.
