Clean ,plenty of room.
Asked for a low room but ended up on top floor
We felt welcome from start to finish! The host upgraded our room once we arrived which just added to such a great weekend! Food and cocktails were fantastic. The full English breakfast was fresh! Nothing bad to say about this place at all as our overall experience was amazing. Everything was close eg shops etc and great location for where we needed to go. Everyone was lovely. Thank you for having us and making our weekend special. Highly recommend hope to be back some time soon!

Nothing
Would recommend this lovely hotel breakfast was first class the room was lovely Tom the host and all his staff go above and beyond to ensure guests are looked after the hotel is a boutique style but with all home comfort’s you need. The bar was a lovely place to have a drink after a day out very friendly
It was the perfect location for what I went to Chatteris for. The room was cosy and the bed comfy. Tea and coffee available in room and a good, up to date, TV with all the channels I use at home. Locked securely - just right for me on my own. Lady staff member kindly carried my case up to the room and bag and case back down when I left. She also put me in a room on a lower floor as I was supposed to be at the top but she noticed I struggled a bit on the stairs so swapped me round. Big thanks for all that.
A couple more stair rails going up to the actual room (going to room 3 there were two sets of two steps with nothing to get hold off to help me - with a dodgy knee - lever myself up, managed on hands and knees) and a grab rail in the shower as floor got a bit slippery when wet and having fallen in a similar shower previously that had no grab rail I didn't want to feel any more at risk than I had to.
Not the most inspiring selection and not a good selection for a continetal
Hot water in the bathroom was provided by a small electric hand heater with very poor flow
Lovely old house. I arrived at night and it was lit up outside - and looked charming.
The room on the top floor (room 9) was fine for me - comfortable, well-equipped, perfect. The extra fire door, the windy, narrow stairs were quirky but would not have been suitable for everyone.
Breakfast was top quality in a very nice dining room. I had arrived the previous night (at 7.45pm) just in time to order food before the end of service at 8pm. Lovely soup and bread served with a smile.
The entrance area didn't look great (boxes, perhaps redecoration in progress) but the rest was wonderful so it managed to retain my 10/10 store.
Lovely place, central to Chatteris. Sufficient parking. Staff were great.
Water pressure very poor.
Loved the relaxed feel, great bedrooms and staff were brilliant , a credit to the hotel. Met owners who were hilarious 😂.....big shout out to the young lad who served breakfast. Couldn't do enough, very polite and efficient- sorry I didn't get his name.
I had to leave !!!! God dam it !!!!
We had an evening meal (two couples). The menu in the Bramley House had a few more options than we had seen online. One of us is a vegetarian and for her there were very few options. Anyway, after ordering our drinks the starters came. The soup was a little cold and the pate didn’t look so good. My wife had the fish & chips option and the batter wasn’t crisp at all. In fact the whole meal had the look of something which had previously been frozen. So the food wasn’t great but the staff were very friendly. My recommendation would be a visit for afternoon tea or high tea but not an evening meal ☹️
Very small room and poorly organised car park
I have stayed here before and will stay here again! Quiet town location was ideal for my work.
Beautiful old building with character.
Very friendly staff and nice food. I recommend!
Nothing!
lovely breakfast and evening meal
Mattress on bed was very uncomfortable, springs had gone could do with replacing. I don't think a Mattress topper could save it.
