All in all a very comfortable night and I would love to stay again
Pros:

We were fortunate to have both our rooms upgraded and it was quiet and comfortable I also liked the biscuits and hot chocolate in our room .
Breakfast was very nice and the staff amazing

Cons:

I almost got stuck in the bathroom as the door was very stiff

Comfortable, albeit cold in the room.
Pros:

We have stayed before when visiting relatives in Chatteris

Cons:

It was very cold in the room.
Someone had moved us into an upstairs room which as someone with a hidden disability was very difficult, I purposely requested the annexe room. It was very quickly rectified by the lady who welcomed us.

Pros:

Lovely quirky hotel in the centre of Chatteris. The bed was very comfortable, a big TV, tea and coffee on hand and the staff were lovely and incredibly welcoming.

Cons:

The drains smelt a tiny bit, and the water pressure was quite bad.

Friendly hosts and staff. Very welcoming. Room was so comfortable and clean. Some lovely decor and furnishings. Dining room was really welcoming and ornate

Music with a thumping bass ruined our stay.
Pros:

This is a very pleasant small hotel well positioned within Chatteris. Nice room with lots of facilities and good breakfast. It could have been a lovely stay…

Cons:

Kept awake by a fast tempo thumping bass from music in the bar downstairs until midnight. Hotel owner seemed to be hosting friends. A good night’s sleep for his guests seemed to be of secondary importance.

Pros:

the front area was different altogether, nicely kept.

Cons:

The outside area which was supposed to be our outside area was very unkept, dirty chairs, not somewhere you could enjoy. Food nice.

Worked out the shower. Yippee! Staff superb (shout out to Marie particularly) snd breakfast delicious.
