Excellent stay close to the airport. Comfortabe. Great breakfast. Staff were very helpful.
Pros:

Excellent staff at the front desk. Helped me with all the information I needed for my stay including food options (dinner and breakfast), shuttle service, and amenities. Restaurant and shuttle staff pleasant and professional.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room and a safe.

Good location, just to rest after long flight.
Pros:

Location, security and cleanliness.

Cons:

Breakfast is poor, few options. I was in a zoom meeting while having breakfast and waiter ask me to leave the restaurant. Hot water is not hot enough.

Pros:

Easy to get to from airport. After 21 hours of travel ease of access was very appreciated. Super quiet (except for occasional airplane noise), no slamming doors.

Cons:

Bed was softer than I prefer; but I like beds like rocks, so most people would probably find the bed very comfortable.

Comfortable option near the airport
Pros:

The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and updated, and the air conditioning was great. The rest of the hotel property was very clean and tastefully decorated, and it's only minutes from the airport.

Hotel conveniently located next to the airport. Very clean and comfortable room. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped me figure out transportation for my trip beyond San Jose only, and gave me great tips. They made my breakfast vegan and it was very tasty.

Cons:

You can hear the noise of airplanes given the location so bring plugs for the night.
