Pros:

Stanza carina, spaziosa e letto comodo. Inoltre carino anche lo spazio soggiorno cucina posto al seminterrato per poter sostare anche prima o dopo il check in-out e i locker (anche se solo 2) a disposizione per i bagagli.

Cons:

Impegnative le scale per salire ai piani per chi dovesse avere qualche problema.

So wie das abgelaufen ist geht überhaupt garnicht. Für die dadurch entstanden Mehrkosten da man ja nun doch immer auswär
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war gut und sauber.
Lag sehr zentral und Fußläufig alles wichtige zu erreichen.
Die Idee mit den Kofferfächer wenn genügen vorhanden sind ist wirklich gut für die An und Abreise.
Das Café für das Frühstück ist ca 5 Minuten entfernt und alle sehr freundlich.
Anreise vom Flughafen mit der Tram und Bus ist gut machbar.

Cons:

Das es nicht meine gebuchte Wohnung war.
Man bekommt 10min vor Abflug eine Mail das die Wohnung welche wir extra wegen dem Balkon und weil es eine Wohnung war zwecks Selbstversorgung kurzerhand abgesagt wird, mit dem Hinweis man kann jetzt noch kostenlos stornieren oder aber man nimmt das angebotene Ersatz Zimmer mit einer Rückzahlung von 25%.
Keine Zeit später im Flieger bekommt man die nächste Mitteilung das auch diese Zimmer storniert wird und man ein anderes bekommt.
Da wird man einfach nur stinksauer.
Weil unter normalen Bedingungen
hätte ich dieses Zimmer nicht gebucht da ich eine Wohnung haben wollte mit Balkon.

Cons:

Letto e cuscini scomodissimi. Il bagno puzzava di fogna e bisognava tenere l'aspiratore sempre acceso. La pressione dell'acqua della doccia era minima appena sufficiente. Al nostro arrivo la stanza era gelida e i termosifoni freddi. Solo dopo ripetuti solleciti sono stati accesi. Prese elettriche non impermeabili in bagno. Assistenza da remoto gestita da un bot che non capisce niente. Customer care inesistente. Le stanze si trovano in palazzo antico con scale estremamente ripide e senza ascensore molto scomode con i bagagli. Per 150 euro a notte si trova di meglio.

Muy muy bien para estadía en Florencia

El equilibrio “Numa” me parece fenomenal, los cuartos son amplios, limpios, con cosas básicas pero muy útiles como café en la habitación y shampoo/acondicionador en el baño, a un precio razonable. La ubicación era muy buena

Cons:

Al cuarto le faltaba luz natural, algo oscuro que no sabías si fuera había sol o no. No es indispensable pero si sería más agradable.

Der Wohnbereich ist grosszügig wenn auch etwas spartanisch eingerichtet ( Bsp. Nur 1 Stuhl). Kein Teppich, online Check-in und -out. Sehr guter Support.
