Worst Hotel Experience

Cons:

Worst stay ever! The room had no basic facilities no soap, no water bottle. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout. After my stay, the hotel tried to charge me extra, even though my Booking.com reservation clearly showed the correct price. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.

Worst Booking experience ever-STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUM

I booked this hotel through Booking.com and it turned into a nightmare. The so-called “managing agent” (Niroshan Attanayaka – 0743919683) never sent my reservation to the hotel. I called him repeatedly – no answer. When I finally contacted the hotel directly, I was assured my booking would be fine.(Answered by Mahinda) That was a lie.
After driving nearly 240 km from Colombo during a busy long weekend (Poya Friday), I arrived to find the hotel fully booked. I stood there for 45 minutes while they scrambled to “find” me a room, and the only thing they came up with was a filthy, stinking, with a shaky bed that looked like it belonged in a roadside shack, not a hotel.
This place is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly doesn’t care about guests. The management is a joke, communication is nonexistent, and the rooms are a health hazard. I have photos to prove it – nothing like the pictures online. The day I checked out the so called receptionist finally has received my booking details and in rude manner said I have booked a non AC room which they don't even bother to honour
I was really taken by surprise when he said this and was even shocked when he brought the registration form for me to fill at the time of checking out from the hotel(rather call it a dump)
If you value your time, money, or even basic hygiene, DO NOT book this hotel. Save yourself the stress and pick literally anywhere else.

I went there with a group of my relatives. It's a very free and budget friendly place. Feel free.

Good property compared to other budget hotels with affordable pricing.
Pros:

Staff is very friendly, breakfast and dinner suits our requirements.

Cons:

Air conditioner had some issues but later it worked ok. No Wifi available. No soap in the bathroom.

The stay at the hotel was very relaxing after a long day.
