Fantastisch
Pros:

Otel konaklamamızdan gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. 🌸 Her şey çok güzeldi; odalar temiz ve konforluydu, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kendimizi çok rahat ve huzurlu hissettik. Hizmet kalitesi gerçekten beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Tekrar gelmekten mutluluk duyarız. ❤️

⭐ 1/5 — Tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığı!

Bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Otel, rezervasyon sırasında gösterilen fotoğraflarla kesinlikle aynı değil.

Odaya girdiğimizde temizlik konusunda çok kötü bir manzarayla karşılaştık. Yatakta lekeler vardı, havlular lekeli ve kirliydi. Genel olarak otel hiç temiz değildi. Ayrıca kendimizi otelde kesinlikle güvende hissetmedik.

Rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen, otele giriş yaptıktan sonra 2 saat bile kalmadan hemen ayrılmak zorunda kaldık. Şartlar gerçekten kabul edilebilir değildi.

Hijyen, güvenlik ve genel durum açısından çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık. Fotoğraflara güvenerek rezervasyon yapmanızı kesinlikle önermiyorum. Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel.

Charmigt hotell som lever upp till förväntningarna
Pros:

Frukosten var fantastisk mycket att välja på samt trevligt personal. Trevlig pool område samt grön och fin innergård. Cengizhan var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam.

Cons:

Lite mkt flugor på maten samt saknade gott kaffe. Toaletten gick sönder mitt i natten vilket var tråkigt.

Good cost benefit near city center
Pros:

Good pool, good breakfast, good bedroom and bathroom, staff helpful. Parking included. Walking distance from the city center

Cons:

Smell of cigarettes in the corridor and bedroom. The location is walking distance from the center but a bit complicated to get there/leave by car, streets very narrow. Steep hills to walk as well, if not with car.

Ok if you need a place to rest your head but overpriced for what you got and very noisy at night in the street.
Pros:

Location was close to the busy streets if that’s what you’re into, and had sufficient parking. Pool area is nice enough but pool itself is super cold.

Cons:

Walls are thin and streets are noisy. You get woken a lot in the night. The bathrooms need an upgrade eg toilet seats don’t stay up, the shower absolutely floods the entire bathroom when you use it and the soap is really cheap. There are no English speaking channels on the TV (but so so many Turkish ones. A couple would be nice).

The food for breakfast wasn’t palatable except the melon, perhaps. A bottle of beer from the hotel was 300 lira…

I’ve known Sezgin, the owner, for over 25 years. He is a true professional who knows his trade, and he has created a wonderful familiar hotel with a great hospitality. For sure we’ll come back!
